В готелі зупинялися вдруге. Персонал вічливий, приємний але найбільше в готелі подобаються басейни: великий та малий. Вода дуже чиста, прозора. Малий басейн з підігрівом та гідромасажем. Дуже чудова сауна. Гарний сніданок, який входить у вартість проживання.

В номері не було чайника.

Комфортная мебель, чистая постель, полотенца, халаты. Вкусная еда. Завтрак.Приятно и удобно, что можно в спа заказать напитки или еду.

Запах угля с улицы. Мини бар теплый. Не смогли охладить напитки. Шум от стройки (радует что она не со всех сторон).

Девочки админы приятные,размах хозяйства большой,хозяину плевать на него,повару в ресторане зачет.На этом всё не грамма больше! Не вернусь,рекомендовать не буду.🤥😬🤥🥴 Есть куча фото с вашей грязью

Размах большой,видно что когда то там было очень достойно.Моя оценка 3 бала!!В номере очень грязный пол,два раза просила убрать.Волосы,грязь,пыль,мусор,и это в улудшенном типа.МАТРАЦ нас убил вообще это дерево которое застелили простынью.!!Мы не спали ночь вообще. В спа всё подзатяганное,старое,халаты убитейшие затёртые их еще и напрокат дают а не входит в цену спа.Персонал в спа грубиянки.Солёная вода да есть,а так же есть приличное кол.во хлорки.Раздевалки малюсенькие старые в плесени,ящики поломаны всё в волосах и грязи,убирают там редко.После спа мы пошли ужинать так как остановились там на несколько дней ,в ресторане нам сказали что мест нет,....а да, есть возле выхода в коридоре там где люди переобуваються ,одеваю куртки и 1м дверь на улицу в холодину,мы с двумя маленькими детьми,целый день купались.

Из серии чистенько но бедненько ... Пора бы ремонт ,мебель ,двери всё это обновить .. лучше поднять чуть цену но ремонт освежить

Хороший, отзывчивый персонал.

В номере нет минихолодильника, душ отделяется от ванной комнаты только шторкой.

Что было тепло

Я спросила двухспальная ли кровать... мне ответили да, но в номере были всего лишь соединены две полу кровати. Это было не удобно . А также , сначала на сайте были номера стандар в мини отеле, а после регистрации , сказали , что их уже нет

Дівчата "Сестри на рецепції" та дівчина- менеджер в СПА. Гарно, професійно виконують свою роботу

1.Номер:. Тонкі стіни ( кохаєшся і ходиш в туалет зі всіма разом) Номер - стандарт Не має нормальних ліжок . Ліжка, що зєднуть - вночі розходяться. Матраци пружинні -дешеві Простині, наволочки з дірками, простирадла з плямами крові Немає холодильника, є міні-бар в якому всі напої теплі і Він страшенно шумить вночі. Ресторан: Їжа на 7-8. Обслуговування офіціантів жахливе. (Каву чекали більше години) Сніданок в холодному Конференц залі. Сніданок теж Холодний. Млинці недожарені. СПА - не відповідає фото і опису ВЗАГАЛІ Хамам- без парогенератора Російська баня "тепленька" каміння місцями нагріте " не шипить" "Джакузі" - в лапках бо це навіть так назвати важко. Холодна солена вода без бульбашок. Басейн єдине нормальне, що там є

Все было замечательно. Просто по феншую. Я давно уже так не отдыхал. Я и моя дама были очень удивлены прекрасной обстановкой и радушным и отзывчивым коллективом. Думаю посетить отель в ближайшее время. С уважением Леонид

Тепло, тишина, приятный персонал, отель красивый, новый, и вкусно готовят. Даже бритва одноразовая с гелем была в самом дешевом номере и большой плоский телек на стене.

Не в городе - 25 гривен, чтоб до Вышгорода на такси доехать.
