Понравилось все, сервис -отличный и не навязчивый.

В комплекте постельного белья дополнительного спального места отсутствовал пододеяльник или хотя бы простынь для укрывания.

Встретили нас максимально доброжелательно. В отеле везде чисто. Номера даже симпатичнее и уютнее чем на фотографиях. У нас был 7 номер, самый большой, но и более маленькие и дешёвые , тоже очень приличные и красивые. В коридоре на стенах интересные картины . Персонал очень вежливый и отзывчивый. Хорошее расположение рядом парк, супермаркет, набережная и доехать в разные части города достаточно просто, остановки тоже рядом.

Окна выходят на достаточно оживлённую улицу и с утра начинается шум. Выбор на завтрак очень скромный. Яичницу подают без хлеба, а блинчики с творогом без сметаны... первый раз с таким сталкиваюсь.

Понравился и номер( Стандарт 6) и персонал, и тихое расположение, и то что до Александрии пешком не долго.

В номере холодно, хоть погода в день пребывания была отличная, но очень холодно, замерзли в номере :(

Номер соответствует фотографиям на сайте, чисто, много места

Было не очень комфортная температура в номера, пришлось воспользоваться кондиционером и подогреть воздух

Кроме доброго персонала не понравилось ничего.

Слышымость ужасная. С окон - дети, с дверей - персонал и соседи. Завтрак отвратительный. Не удобный ресепшн. Много можно ещё говорить... Все бы можно было понять, но не за такую цену.

Компактный отель.Первый этаж отеля оборудован под отель. Всего несколько номеров. Номера неплохие, достаточно просторные. Отель расположен в центре города. Собственного ресторана нет, но до центрального бульвара рукой подать пройти пешком. Вечный вопрос который всегда всех волнует - есть ли в номерах фен - в моём был. все что было в номере - было исправным. Отель не претендует на звезды и люксовость, но все необходимое для проживания в номерах есть. Персонал отзывчивый, поселение, выселение, вопросы как пройти проехать или найти решались без проблем

Название улицы на котором стоит отель изменилось. Кроме навигатора об этом никто не в курсе. Искал по абсолютным координатам. Если вы не знаете где находится в Белой Церкви крытый рынок, дальше бесполезно, потому что у всех маршрут "как добраться" начинается от крытого рынка. звукоизоляция слабенькая, с утра над головой двигают мебель.

Отличный отель! Нашли без проблем, неплохое расположение, в нескольких минутах ходьбы проходит центральная дорога, по которой можно добраться всюду по городу. Жили в номере за 250 грн, хороший комфортный номер, все необходимые принадлежности были, в ванной чисто. В номере нет фена, но по просьбе выдают. Персонал очень вежливый и приветливый, все проживание прошло без проблем. В отеле нет возможности поесть, но есть возможность заказа чая-кофе. Качество превышает цену! Очень комфортное проживание!

Уютный, теплый номер. Удобное расположение. Гостиница находится недалеко от парка Александрия. Ниже на улицу кафе и магазины. В 10 минутах ходьбы Рынок.

Поехали туда на майские. В то время, как все гостиницы вскрутили цены, это оставила прежние.
