Всюду идеальная чистота. Персонал очень хороший и внимательный. Завтрак питательный и вкусный.

В номере было жарковато. Температуру не было возможности уменьшить. Обогреватель был без ручки регулировки температуры. В кофе-машине нельзя было сделать капуччино. Кнопка сама была, и только. Но если брать в целом, отель хороший.

Все очень понравилось. Симпатичный персонал и очень внимательный. Все соответствует уровню пяти звезд.

Одно что можно отметить, как небольшое замечание, это Wi-Fi. Хотелось, чтобы он был пошустрее.

Питательный и всегда разнообразный завтрак, опрятный и вежливый персонал, живописная природа вокруг, своя бесплатная парковка, что очень удобно.

В санузле был нерабочим подогрев пола. Перед нашим выездом до утра, выключили отопление. Чтобы нагреться включали кондиционер.

Прекрасный отель, номера (брали стандарт по акции с 50% скидкой) выше всяких похвал. На завтрак к сожалению не попали, поэтому оценивать не буду, а вот обслуживание на ужине в ресторане отличное и блюда вкусные. Цены по меню на среднем уровне для Киева.
