Зупиняюсь не перший раз і надалі буду зупинятись тут. Зручне місцезнаходження, готель не новий, але доглянутий, білосніжна постіль, тапочки, приладля для душу - все є. Персонал дуже приємний і турботливий, ні одне звернення не залишилось без уваги. Сніданки - шведський стіл, дуже смачно і різноманітний вибір їжи. Наполегливо рекомендую.

Зупиняють в готелі вдруге, обидва рази по 5 ночей, перший раз був номер "стандарт" на 5-му поверсі, другий раз номер "напівлюкс" на другому. Що можна сказати, можливо різниця в поверхах, я не знаю, на п'ятому поверсі постійно прибирали, а на другому жодного разу прибирання не було, постійно треба було просити воду та мийні засоби, і це не тільки в мене, в колеги на 3-му поверсі таких проблем не було. А так нічого, сніданки були не погані.

Зупиняюсь в цьому готелі не перший раз: чисто, біла постіль, є одноразові тапочки , смачні сніданки, привітний персонал. Так не дуже сучасний інтерʼєр але я для себе не ставлю це в пріоритет

Не советую. Холодно, кондей не работает, батареи еле теплые, плазма настолько плохо работает, что считай что её нет. Цена завышена в 2-3 раза от адекватной

В отеле реально холодно 16-17⁰С наверное, номера за 1000 грн сутки ну честно не на крутой номер похоже а на старую спальню в старой советской квартире, персонал отличный и чаю даст и микроволновку предоставит, ну в номерах реально холодно мы с девушкой просто замёрзли, на улице то и мороза сильного не было но батареи почти холодные были. Завтрак отличный шведский стол, сок, кофе и всё остальное нормально в этом плане

Я очень ОГОРЧЕНА!!! забронировала 2 взрослых и кроватку предоставили 5 кроватей еще и пружинистые как в гос больнице чувствую себя, а не в отеле! Подушки Перьевые у многих аллергия на перья, мне лично покалывает. Вытяжка в сан узле не справляется. Из двух номеров всего 1 стакан, нет пульта от кондиционера, старые холодильники, жутко скрипучий - деревянный ХОЛОДНЫЙ пол, старые, затасканные кровати, не работают телефоны для связи с администратором. Нет кондиционера=холод, дует от окна Есть и плюсы: -чистое белье, бутылка питьевой воды, доступ к балкону.

Я дуже задоволена. Номер чистий. Три білосніжних рушники. Білосніжна постіль. Шампунь та мило. Посуд чистий, склянки блищать. Все необхідне є. В вартість номеру входив сніданок - шведська лінія. Хочу додати, що я їхала в Черкаси в інший готель, в заброньований номер. Саме з-за якості номера прийшлося поїхати з цього заміського, дуже пафосного готелю. В іншому готелі не вдалося знайти спільної мови з адміністрацією. І тільки потім я поїхала в готель Дніпро, де нарешті адекватний адміністратор, враховуючи всі мої побажання, оселила мене в гарному номері.

Відпочивали туристичним маршрутом. Зупинились в готелі Дніпро. Не рекомендую, номери жахливі радянського часу, у нас в номері в шафі було сміття, яке мабуть давно не прибиралось😔. На дві дорослі особи один рушник, 1 шампунь, тапочок не має , вартість номера 1750, а за що не зрозуміло. Все обшарпане, брудне і навіть мухи в номері. Це просто жах. Вартість не відповідає сервісу. На одному великому ліжку, одіяло 1.5😥 і запасних не має. Таке відчуття радянщина не вийшла з цього готелю.

Ні,ні і ще раз ні. Була у відрядженні, поселили в цей готель. В номері не працював замок - із середини закритися було ніяк. Попросила покоївку мене закрити на ніч та зранку випустити, про що вона забула... Сам номер наче капсула часу в радянщину, ще радіо на стіні висить, як у бабусьок в селі.

Жахливий готель, заявлено як 4 зірковий, але тут нічого немає від 4 зірок. Ще й дорогий ппц. За що платити ці гроші тут незрозуміло. Старі облізлі меблі, навіть є радіоточка в номер до верховної ради. Зламаний душ, смердить, все в плямах і протерте… просто жах

Ми не вперше зупиняємось в цьому готелі. Привітний персонал. Завжди чисто. І затишно.

Не сподобалось відсутність опалення в ванні кімнаті , дуже холодно, не можливо купатися в такій холодній температурі.

Відмінне місце. Гарний затишний готель. Хороше обслуговування та приємний персонал. Ціни на рівні, але в номерах стандарт знайшли все що потрібно. Чайник, холодильник, посуд, прибори, кружки і тд. Це рідкість в наш час. Плюс в ціну входить сніданок . Перше, друге , десерти на вибір. Свіженьке і вельми смачно.

Організація сніданку незадовільно: було неможливо уникнути толчії під час вибору страв - столи зі стравами стоять углом, замало простору у відвідувачів, не можливо зразу вийти з тарілками до загальної зали. Столи в залі сніданків стоять затісно , немає проходів між стільцями. У номері шафа для одягу "радянських часів" приголомшила, загалом багато дверей у коридорі номеру заважають вільно занести речі у номер.

Все положительно, дружелюбно. Приветливый и заботливый персонал. Хорошая кухня (ужин, завтрак). Ночью работает магазин в отеле. В номере комфортно, тепло.

Есть момент по дезинфекции санузла, ванной (не ясно сделано или нет).

Чистый уютный отель. Неплохая реализация попытки поддерживать гостинчиный фонд СССР в порядке.

Скудный завтрак. В номере тек конденсат кондиционера через внутренний блок. (дело поправимое, но надо обслуживать)

Отель расположен в центре, приятный итерьер и экстерьер. Номер чистый и уютный, очень хорошее обслуживание, персонал вежливый и внимательный. В стоимость проживания входит завтрак, представленный шведским столом из вкусных и довольно простых блюд. Отель отличный, цены приемлемые. Рекомендую.

Из минусов разве что не могу не упомянуть аномальное количество пауков, только на моем балконе проживало где-то с десяток этих очаровательных существ. Хотя, я так понимаю, что это нормальное явление для Черкасской области в летний период. Но зато за все время отдыха я не услышала ничего даже отдаленно напоминающие комариный писк или жужание мухи.

Завтрак вкусный и сытный. Ванная комната.

На завтраке девушка официант выкладывала еду с тарелок обратно на общий стол, руками!!! Отсутствия в номере тапочек.

Вежливый персонал и хороший завтрак. Идеально подойдет тем, кому более важно качественно выстиранное белье, чем дизайнерское оформление номера.

Плохо работал холодильник. А так и придраться больше не к чему.

Номера и сам отель чистые и ухоженные, в номере есть чайник, приветливый и общительный персонал, отель соответствует своим ценам
