Сподобалось розміщення готелю - центральна пішохідна вулиця, гарний інтерєр, привітний персонал, відповідає на всі запити.
Коли поселились у номер - в номері було виключено опалення та відкрита хвіртка на провітрювання. Це був вечір, за вікном -7. Номер холодний. Після дороги зайти в такий номер - не комфортно. Повідомили про це на рецепції. Пішли вечеряти. А коли повернулись, то в номері вже не було чим дихати. Бо, крім того, що вімкнули батарею на опалення, поставили ще електричиний обігрівач на максимум, та й залишили. За 3 години у номері було вже пересушене пекло. Паркувати авто необхідно на території храму (платно), після 8 вечора ворота закриті, щоб потрапити до авто потрібно шукати адміністратора, який скаже охоронцю, щоб відкрили. Це не проблема, але про це не повідомляли зазделегідь. І ми ходили туди-сюди.

Мало розеток, немає підставки для чемодана, покривала вкрай малі для двох осіб, вікна відсутні або маленькі, телевізор не працював дві доби, правда потім поремонтували, сніданок по меню.

Сразу хочу отметить удобное расположение отеля и наличие рядом парковки. Очень порадовало быстрое заселение без лишней траты времени на длительную регистрацию, можно сразу идти гулять по городу. Привлекает внимание роскошный дизайн внутри отеля. Номер был чистым и опрятным, без посторонних запахов. Санузел удивил достаточно качественной и недешевой сантехникой. Также в номере был обычный мини-бар. Персонал отеля был очень приветливым и вежливым.
В нашем номере, к сожалению, было всего одно окно маленького размера. Из-за этого было недостаточно светло, а по утрам так вообще темно. Еще хотелось бы больше розеток в номере.
