Рядом с работой, 1 этаж, все удобства, есть плита (+кухонные принадлежности), при необходимости можно приготовить. Магазин "Сильпо" в том же доме, как и кафе "Мелроуз", проблем с едой нет. Диван нормальный, одеяло теплое, кресла удобные, розетки есть вплотную к кровати (правда,я их обнаружила уже при отъезде). Тихо, окна во двор, этаж высокий.
Мне было таки холодновато, если не в кровати. Но летом, думаю, очень хорошо.

Квартира находится в очень хорошем месте. Транспортная развязка отличная. Хозяйка просто супер. Видел ее один раз при заселении, все подробно объясняет. Рекомендую.
Единственный небольшой минус который не зависит от хозяйки это центральное отопление. Но на стене прикреплен обогреватель, который включался и отключался ночью и иногда от него просыпался.

Очень приветливая хозяйка, цена соответствует качеству. В квартире есть все для комфортного пребывания гостей и посуда, и душевые принадлежности, халаты и тапочки. Все понравилось, уютная квартира. Отдельное спасибо фирме,которая нашла эту квартиру.
