Наявність кондиціонеру, холодильника з водою і снеками до чаю, наявність гарячої води, металопластикових вікон, справної сантехніки, одноразового мила/шампуня/геля для душу. До плюсів відношу можливість замовлення сніданку.
Старі затягані доріжки на підлозі, відсутність одноразових тапочок, відсутність електрочайника.

Хвалю за отличное соотношение цены и качества. Отель расположен в тихом районе, недалеко от университета, рядом есть трамвайная остановка и хороший ресторан.
В отеле нет ресторана и поужинать где-то рядом после 23:00 у вас не получится.

Понравилось расположение отеля, рядом находится Спасо-Преображенский собор и сквер, недалеко также исторический музей. В отеле много картин, очень атмосферно. Номер комфортный и чистенький.
Ресторан не работает, на ремонте и еще вид из окна во двор не очень впечатлил.

Понравился номер. Уютный и теплый, с хороше ванной комнатой и удобной кроватью. Есть мини-бар, шкаф, рабочий стол и интернет.
Интернет временами медленнный, лифта нет и ресторан не работал (мы жили в ноябре 2019).
