Загубили ключі від кімнати. Персонал швидко вирішив проблему та підтримали, що всяке стається і все ок. Також у друга обвітрилось око. Для нього навіть намалювали карту як швидко дійти до лікаря. І потім протягом нашого перебування цікавились, чи стало краще. Відповідно дуже сподобався щирий сервіс та людське ставлення. Хочу відзначити: зручне розташування (15 метрів до траси Карпатська Чайка), смачні і ситні сніданки/вечері, чистота та продумана інфраструктура (роздягальні) для лижників/сноубордистів

Надзвичайно гостинний та приємний сервіс - привітно допоможуть у будь-якій ситуації. Смачна кухня. Чудова локація для катання.

Готель чудовий, кожен рік відпочиваємо з родиною та друзями вже років п'ятнадцять . Жили ще в деяких готелях Драгобрату, є з чим порівнювати, але "Горизонт" найкращій. І номери, і харчування, і сервіс, і місце розташування, все влаштовує. Персонал дуже чуйний, ніколи не відмовляв у проханнях. Їжа, це окреме питання, завжди багато і ситно, на особисті запити(млинці для діточок, пісна їжа, час подання)ніколи не було відмови. Дуже зручне положення готелю, переїзд на лижах на будь-який підйомник. Краєвиди з вікна неймовірні. Стосовно звукоізоляціі, так є така проблема, але на фоні всього іншого це така дрібниця. Однозначно рекомендую "Горизонт".
