Очень удивил данный отель в который попал случайно. Атмосфера приятная, людей не много, но улыбаются даже гости друг другу. Чистота, постельное белье слишком чистое) когда ложишься хрустит как снег от белизны). В санузлах наклейки - disinfected. Проживал на 4 этаже. Дизайн и качество ремонта в номере посредственное , делали ногами, но это не так важно, главное что он (ремонт) есть. На полу теплый пол, что большая редкость для отелей. Главная вишенка на торте - это девочка Юля в ресторане. Таких завтраков я не ел ни в одном отеле. Круче чем в рейкарце. Девушка талантище с золотыми руками и большим будущем! Хочется обнять и забрать к себе жить)

Дуже гарний готель!!! Сподобалось все! За три доби жодних нарікань на сервіс. 1.Нас з посмішкою зустрічала адміністратор Любов дуже привітна дівчина. Відповіла на всі наші питання щодо локацій міста, допомогла зорієнтуватися щодо замовлення вечері в номер (в готелі можна замовляти тільки сніданки, тому вечерю замовляли з міста). Надалі нам допомагали Олександра, Валентина і світленька молода жінка, нажаль не знаю імені. Дуже приємні милі дівчата з дивовижними посмішками. 2. Ми часто подорожуємо багато готелей відвідали, тому з упевненістю можу сказати що "ROYAL HOTEL" один з кращих! Для двох дорослих і двох дітей (6 і 2 роки) тримісний номер з ванною був чудовий! Затишний інтер'єр, яскрава ванна з косметикою (досить великого об'єму). Гель для душу супер 😉 : приємний запах і зовсім не стягує шкіру. Зручні ліжка з якісною білосніжною білизною і чудовими подушками. Великі охайні білі рушники. 3. Окремо маю відмітити сніданки!!!! Це щось неймовірне кухар Юля "зробила наш день" 🥰. Що разу на чотирьох брали 2 комплексні сніданки, то ледве подужали. Порції великі, смачні і дуже красиві, дійсно ресторанна подача. А посмішка і позив Юлії додає гарного настрою. Щиро дякую!!! 4. Басейн гарний, теплий, водичка 30 градусів. Діти накупалися досхочу. Ми відпочивали у будні, тому в басейні були сами. 5. Гарне місце розташування. Шуму вулиці практично не чути. Нічого не заважає відпочивати. Дуже гарний готель. РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!!! За нагоди обов'язково прийдемо ще 😉
