Готель «Хмеляр» у Дубно приємно вразив з перших хвилин перебування. Затишна атмосфера, уважний персонал та комфортні номери створюють відчуття справжнього відпочинку. Номери чисті, охайні та добре обладнані всім необхідним — від зручних ліжок до якісної сантехніки. Окремо варто відзначити смачні та різноманітні сніданки у форматі шведського столу. Щоранку пропонувалося кілька видів гарячих страв, овочі, фрукти, випічка, йогурти, соки та запашна кава — усе свіже, якісне та продумане до дрібниць. Починати день у такій атмосфері — справжнє задоволення. Особливо сподобалося місце розташування — готель зручно розміщений для подорожніх, а поруч є все необхідне. Окрема подяка персоналу за гостинність: будь-яке прохання виконували швидко й з усмішкою. «Хмеляр» — чудовий вибір як для ділових поїздок, так і для туристичних подорожей. Щиро рекомендую

Чудооовий готель! 🥰 Можливо спочатку може здатися по будівлі що готель не дуже але тільки заходиш, на рецепції тебе зустрічають так, ніби ти друг і саме тебе чекали 😊 Новий готель, все настільки чисто що навіть можете самі перевірити на пил, я перевірила) Пилу немає! Номер стильний, все видержано зі смаком, матраси, подушка, ковдра все чудово для того щоб якісно спати. Є плазма, холодильник з міні баром, водичка на кожному поверсі, стаканчики, короче все що необхідно і повинно бути - є. Душ, ванна кімната все нове і блищить. Є шведський стіл на сніданок. Їжа смачна і достатньо всього щоб поснідати здоровою та збалансованою їжею. Навіть при вході є щітки спеціальні для взуття, щоб почистити від бруду взимку) Особлива Тетяна яка працює на рецепції, таких привітних і добрих людей на рецепції не завжди зустрінеш 😌 Дякуємо вам за гостинність, сервіс, та за те, що тримаєте готель на рівні вау 🩷

Хочу залишити відгук про цей чудовий готель. Комфортні та чисті номери. В середині дуже тепло. У ванні є все, що може потребувати дівчина, навіть спонжики. Персонал завжди привітний та доброзичливий. Також, приємно бачити, що готель працює над вдосконаленням . Нові двері дуже гарні. Дякую за вашу роботу!

Чудовий новий готель, розташований у відреставрованій історичній будівлі. Це є великим плюсом, оскільки набагато простіше знести все і побудувати черговий однотипний готель. Зберегти ж історичну цінність і вдихнути в неї нове життя значно складніше. Ми зупинилися тут на одну ніч, і номер вразив нас своїм простором, інтер’єром та увагою до деталей. На рецепції нас зустріла дуже приємна пані. Бажаю процвітання та чудових гостей!

Зупинялися в готелі на 2 ночі. З плюсів — нове обладнання, меблі, хороша сантехніка. Готель розташований близько до центру. Одна з двох адміністраторів — дуже приємна пані. З мінусів. Сервіс на низькому рівні. Друга адміністратор (молодша з двох) зустріла нас дивним питанням "Чи ви у МЕНЕ вже жили? Чи ви у МЕНЕ паркувалися?". Мали необережність загубити карту від номеру. Вислухали, що "Я вас знаю, ви, навіть, якщо знайдете, не повернете. Ви всі такі". Вікна в готелі всі брудні, павутиння на вікнах і в кутах по всьому готелю. Чистота і ввічливість начебто небагато коштують, але формують переконливе враження стосовно того, чи дбають про клієнта в цьому готелі. Це не менш важливо, ніж білі рушники і змішувачі Grohe. Сніданків немає, кухня тимчасово в ремонті.

Плюси: + хороше розташування в центрі міста; + нові номери; + смачна їжа. Мінуси: -дуже жарко в номері,відсутні кондиціонери/система охолодження; - при замовленні сніданку, про напої взагалі ні мови, хоча в меню було вказано, що на вибір йде один з напоїв чай/кава/молоко/сік/узвар; - розрахунок лише готівкою, термінал чомусь не працює.

Не номер, а камера тортур! Всю ніч промучалися і не змогли поспати через жахливу задуху, кондиціонер відсутній. Вузьке вікно, циркуляції повітря немає від слова зовсім. Як і москітної сітки, залетіли комарі у номер. Із плюсів: комфортний чистий номер, ввічливий персонал, дуже гідно. Нарікань на це немає. Дуже гарний санвузол, нова сантехніка. Але це все меркне на тлі безсонної ночі та кошмарної ​​задухи. Не рятував навіть протяг, коли відчинили вхідні двері номеру на пів години. І це за температури повітря вночі 12 градусів. Страшно уявити, що буде влітку. Зовсім неадекватні умови перебування для гостей у готелі. Це неприйнятно за любі гроші, тим більш за 1100+грн на добу.

Советую всем этот отель . Находится на полпути от Киева до Закарпатья. Новый ,чистый ,номера большие .,постель удобная . Расположение идеальное ,рядом замок -крепость ( можно сходить на экскурсию )-красивое место . Покушать советую пиццерию... и атб рядом ... администратор отеля очень приятная и знающая свое дело ...
