Відпочивали тут сім’єю і залишилися дуже задоволені. Номер просторний, із гарним видом на сад і басейн. Діти були в захваті від ігрової кімнати та басейну. Персонал дуже уважний, завжди усміхнений, допомагав із усім, що нам було потрібно. Сніданки різноманітні, порції достатні, усе свіже. Було приємно, що територія доглянута, квітучі клумби і чисті доріжки. Ми почувалися комфортно й безпечно. Це ідеальне місце для сімейного відпочинку.

Чудовий готель! Рекомендую. Затишні номери, зручно і комфортно. Ціни приємно здивую ть. Адміністратор уважна і приємна. Розміщений готель в тихому місці, але близько до маршрутів транспорту. Будете в Харкові, як я, з несподіваним візитом, дуже рекомендую.

Бажаю здоров'я.Були в готелі у кінці червня.Зломалась автівка.Знайшли по біг борду.Дуже гарний сервіс,номера європейські,дуже удобні,гарно виспались.Дуже дякую.Приїдим знов.Персонал просто супер.

Очень хорошая гостиница. Очень добрый и отзывчивый персонал( особенно на ресепшене). В номерах убираются и меняют постельное бельё систематически, раз в пять дней. Всё понравилось, буду всем рекомендовать. Местоположение изумительное, тихий и спокойный район

В готель Губернию я приезжаю не первый раз тут меня всегда встречают распростёртыми объятьями и хорошим настроением. Коллектив готеля дружелюбный и отзывчевий . Девочки на ресепшене всегда помогают когда к ним оброщаешься . В номерах уютно и комфортно каждый день уборка по моей просьбе если мне нужно сделать уборку в номере то идут на уступки . Отдельная закрытая территория с парковкой что очень удобно. Цены на номера приемлемые для моего бюджета. Желаю вам процветания.

Не рекомендую даний готель. В номері чайник відсутній,мабуть і не передбачений,щоб випити кави,треба йти на поклони до рецепшена,покурити після 23 год взагалі нереально,бо двері на вулицю зачиняються на замок раніше,і якщо ти в цей момент виходиш на перекур,то персонал тобі робе зауваження,і ти відчуваєш себе не клієнтом закладу який заплатив,а пацієнтом лікарні або якимсь бранцем з обмеженими правами,прийняти душ ще той квест,з під поддона (душ) вода тече.Можна багато ще чого написати не на користь готелю.НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ,бо не дбають про елементарний комфорт своїх "гостей", ціни завищені.
