Прекрасний готель за свої кошти. В номері кондиціонер, чайник, кава та чай, мінеральна вода. Парковка. Для тих хто у відрядженні, то з доками все ок. Чисто, охайно. Готель не новий, тому на дрібні недоліки просто закриваю очі. АТБ в 10 метрах. Рекомендую!

Чудовий готель, приїхали о 9 ранку, без бронювання. Запропонували номер з великим двоспальним ліжком. Вартість 800 гривень. І одразу дозволили заїхати, не чекати 14 годин до заселення. Чиста постіль, номер охайний, телевізор, водичка, чайник, кондиціонер. За таку ціну все прекрасно. Поряд велика парковка, так що проблеми де залити машину не буде. Дуже дякую!!!

Нам дістався тримісний номер з каналізаційним люком (!) у підлозі і "краєвидом" на будівництво у 5 метрах від вікна. Умови такі собі. Але є чайник та свій санвузол. Ліжка м'які. За вікном не шумно.Ставлю 3 бали

Усім бажаю міцного козацького! В мене дуже позитивне враження від відпочинку у готелі Де Люкс. Гарні номери. Приємний та дружелюбний колектив. По кожному моменту, по якому звертався, завжди допомагали. Атб та піцерія поряд)! Враження залишились приємні! Можливо скоро ще приїду! Рекомендую усім, хто приїжджає по справах або відпочити!

Обрали даний готель для відпочинку. Були після важкої дороги з дітьми, нам було дуже зручно у номері з двох кімнат. В готелі тихо і гарне розташування - в центрі міста. В номері було все необхідне. Дякуємо, що прийняли нас!

Зупинялись у вашому готелі вже декілька разів. Дуже приємні дівчата на рецепції. Кожного разу приємно повертатись до вас. Гарне розташування та ціна відповідає якості. Комфортно та спокійно. Викличуть таксі, заряджали телефони коли не було світла, малювали маршрут до сто. Підказали заклад харчування.Тільки приємні враження, обов'язково ще зупинимось у вашому готелі!

Все дуже сподобалось!!! Розташування - Центр міста, Персонал - дуже привітний, Номера - затишні, чисті, є рушники, тапочки, шампунь, чайник,чай,кава,ТБ, холодильник, хороший Wi-fі і т.д. Безкоштовна парковка. МОЛОДЦІ!!! Так тримати!!!

Перебувала в даному готелі з 28.12.2024 по 29.12.2024 На жаль, перебування у вашому готелі було зіпсоване через некоректне ставлення персоналу до гостей.Я зіткнулася з випадком неповаги та необґрунтованих звинувачень, які межували з наклепом. Це викликало у мене великий дискомфорт і розчарування, адже очікувала професійного обслуговування та сприятливої атмосфери. Зважаючи на такі обставини, вважаю,що керівництво готелю має нести відповідальність за дії свого персоналу. Сподіваюся,що таких випадків більше не повториться.Закликаю вас звернути увагу на якість обслуговування, щоб подібні ситуації не повторювалися у майбутньому.

Готель дуже сподобався ніяких зайвих шумів дуже комфортно швидше бронювання в номері є все для зручності буду рекомендувати друзям

Мені не сподобалося що в готе не змінили спальну білизну бо як заїхав було брудний подіяльник

Не первый раз останавливаюсь в этой отеле. Номера чистые, постели белые, зимой тепло, летом есть кондиционер. Цена соответствует качеству. Рекомендую

Сам готель і номер дуже сподобався! Персонал ввічливий. Але щодо мера міста Бердичів та Хмільник що вони ворюги!!! Ще задовго до війни дорога не робилась років 20 і зараз немає. Ганьба мерам

Дякую готелю за людяне відношення на початку війни. Ми жили там 2 місяці, знали всіх адміністраторів, охоронця, всі доброзичливо відносили до людей яким прийшлося покинути домівку, не накручували ціну (бо можна). Якщо будемо проїздом в Хмільнику обовязково зупинемося

Дуже сподобався цей готель. В номерах повна чистота! Зручні матраци !!! Тепло та комфортно. А головне те що суцільна тиша, не зважаючи на те що поруч ринок та АТБ. Тихо як з вулиці так і по готелю нічого не чути з інших кімнат. Є власна парковка для автівки. Рекомендую всім.

Комфортно. В цілому все сподобалось, чисто, тихо. Ціна-якість відповідають. Рекомендую постояльцям попіклуватися про наявність питної води для себе - послуга міні-бар відсутня))

Зручне розташування в самому центрі, чистота, турботливість персоналу

Відсутність сніданків. Можливість поснідати, навіть за додаткову ціну дуже сильно додасть "балів", особливо за відсутності кафе з сніданками поблизу
