Два бассейна, выход на море.Кровати нормальные.

Запах канализации, звукоизоляция, слышно всё абсолютно. Из мелочей не было фена и туалетных принадлежностей. Это никак не тянет на стоимость.

База большая и ухоженная, много зелени. Убирают хорошо, чисто. Поселили раньше времени так как были номера и без всяких намеков на доплату как это бывает, за это отдельный +. Выход на свой пляж, пляж хороший песчаный, ухоженный, есть турник и тренажеры на пляже, чего нет в других ближайших базах, за это тоже отдельный +. Всегда отличный напор воды и горячая. Шикарные завтраки, но начиная с третьего дня. Были в низкий сезон и первые два дня завтраки были не очень, потом открыли доп. стол и стало отлично. Не знаю то ли кто то пожаловался, то ли просто по времени в низкий сезон не положено, но осадок остался, ведь цена была одна и та же, но первые два дня завтраки были не очень, а потом отличные, когда открыли доп. стол. Сама столовая огромная и официанты работают хорошо. Местоположение у базы тоже хорошее, как раз где лучшие пляжи, рядом много сосен и другой зелени. В целом хорошо, в низкий сезон можно ехать, цена-качество отличное, в высокий сезон считаю цена за номер явно завышена.

Сантехника в номере могла быть и получше, дверь в душевой кабинке чуть ли не отваливалась, сама кабинка протекала. Не было чайника в номере, считаю что за такую цену можно поставить чайник. Лежаки на самом пляже за доплату, то же не очень, можно было бы включить в стоимость. Кафе Маяк - слишком дорого. Бассейны с хлоркой, хотелось бы с морской водой. Для взрослых без подогрева, смысл тогда в бассейне если такая же температура в море. Низкий сезон слишком рано заканчивается. В высокий сезон цена за номер считаю явно завышена.

Пребывание в отеле было комфортным: вид с окна на просторы моря и 3 мин ходьбы к нему, возможность правильно питаться и не с переизбытком,а дозировано -попорционно, приветливость и быстрота в обслуживании части персонала (большая признательность официантам,которые обслуживали наши столики -моторной девочке и молодому человеку,который ей помогал -несмотря на то,что находился на другом участке,но и успевал здесь),возможности не только позаговарать на пляже (с наличием массы водных и воздушных развлечений),но и покупаться в бассейне и отдохнуть на лежаках возле него.Также большой «+» аниматорам, которые занимались досугом детей и взрослых (водное поло,аквааэробика)

Ничего не понравилось,ужасный отель в проходом на море всех местных жителей.ПРОХОДНОЙ Двор.

Шезлонгов очень мало и постоянно убирают личные вещи с них,чтоб продать места залетным(а не проживающим в отеле клиентам).Парковка ужасная постоянно нет мест.Берут дополнительно 50 гривен в день.Завтраки не понравились!Обслуживают 15 летние дети.Обеды и ужины не реально ужасные,один раз покушали и нам этого хватило. Пляж это разочарование. Мало того что нужно платить 250 гривен чтоб полежать под навесом на матрасе,так на пляже отдыхают местные пьяницы. Матерщина и пьянство по полной программе на берегу пляжа.Никогда больше не приедем и другим не советуем.

Чисто,ухоженная территория, компактное и удобное расположение, море рядом, пляж чистый, завтрак нормальный.Анимация для детей неплохая.

Мало тени и лавочек, кроме шезлонгов нужно бы еще место, где посидеть. Также неплохо бы поставить лавочки "лицом" к морю. Да, там есть ресторан на берегу, но если хочется просто посидеть и послушать море, лавочки бы пригодились. Люксы с видом на море имеют балконы, находящиеся над кухней ресторана, соответственно запахи... В ресторане не хватает посуды, официанты носятся,тарелки сметают со столов, чтоб успеть посуду на мойку отнести и снова пустить в оборот. Стояли 15 минут в ожидании тарелок для каши, каша есть -тарелки закончились! Купите больше посуды! К номеру претензий нет, кроме того, что в ванной комнате на душе был очень!гибкий шланг, когда держишь лейку в руке, шланг сгибается и перекрывает воду.

Уютная чистая территория, хороший бассейн с гидромассажем, люкс с балконом с видом на море - супер. На пляже широкие кровати с тентами.

На пляже не хватает мест под тентами. Все платно.

Очень быстро поселили в отель, номер был чистым, все необходимое было.Очень близко к морю

Не понравилось, что забивалась канализация, не было тапочек, как должно было быть и ходить приходилось босиком , чтобы песок не носился в номер.

Чистота,комфорт,обслуживающий персонал исполняет все свои обязаности.Уборка номера происходила ежедневно.На наши замечания реагировали моментально.Для детей что нужно,территория охраняется, люди что здесь непроживают не смогут зайти с центрального входа.Чистая ,ухоженная территория,2басейна где нет запах хлорки.На пляже хороший ресторан,пиццерия.

Есть мелкие неполадки в номере. Один день с 4 утра до 7 утра ,посетители что пришли с дискотеки продолжили в номере.., шум , гам, музика ,.На замечание ,охрана отреагировала .И говорят, что у них такое случается, уже не раз.

Супер расположение отеля, супер вид с балкона на верхних этажах, хорошее комплексное питание, вкусная пицца в пиццерии, хороший детский бассейн

Прямой выход к бассейну, до моря 100 м. хорошая шумоизоляция номеров, отличные завтраки))) на 5+ парковка, шезлонги и бассейн - бесплатно

Плохое качество приема ТВ, как по мне, на 3 номера всего 2 маленьких холодильничка - маловато. У нас все не вмещалось, что хотелось охлаждать.

Комфортные номера, неплохие завтраки. Однообразные но мы были 4 дня так что надоесть не успело. Очень удобно что прямо на берегу моря. Тихо, спокойно. Много качелей для деток

Ошиблись и заселили не в тот номер, несколько раз ошибочно переселяли, хотели доплаты за детскую кровать хотя она была нами ранее оплачена. Но в итоге проблему решили. 5 этаж пешком немного напрягало (но выбора не предлагали). Из средств гигиены в номере был только кусочек маленького мыла (пришлось идти в магазин покупать шампунь и гель), в общественном туалете на территории отеля- многоразовый кусок мыла что очень негигиенично. За выдачу браслетов взяли залог 400 грн о котором не было информации при бронировании

Завжди чисті і теплі басейни.

Сніданок завжди одинаковий, на Ресепції працюють завжди усміхнені непрофесіонали. Пляж належить власнику і він дого, ще заробляє на лежаках. У номерах дуже малесенькі балкончики.
