У готелі було чисто.Тихе місце для відпочинку.

У готелі, по правилах етикету,має находитись у ванній кімнаті, як мінімум по дві пачки шампуні в одноразових упаковках.Персонал продає їх по 5гривень.Я купувала. Після душа вийшла, тапочок небуло в номері. Немає килимка під ноги біля ліжка. Лінолеум був дуже порватий. Впринципі, я людина проста, щось можу і зрозуміти. Але готель має гостей, можна потихеньку і зробити, ці елементарні прості речі. Фену також не було. Але думаю наступного разу ,я надіюсь, як заїду. Буде усе ок.

Ничего!!!! Спасибо женщине на ресепшене! Все!

Стены убогие , грязные, в пятнах,батарея вся в паутине и пыли, кафель в потеках. Вытяжка в ванной вся забита грязью , на швах плитки грибок, вонь, все прокурено, все, все, все!!!! Ужас. Косметический ремонт не делался лет 100! Фото не соответствует действительности! А в кафе вообще сахар насыпали в солфетку и дали разбитый напроч разнос еще за это 200 грн. предоплаты , хахахаха. Номер на двоих сутки стоит 650 грн. Мы во Львове апартаменты на четверых, с посудой, с завтраком ( с нормальной посудой) , с озеленением с терассой короче все было и даже больше снимали за 1200 сутки . На четверых !!! Короче налоговую на них и санстанцию .. за что берут деньги не понятно. !!!!!!!!!

Легко добраться из центра. Достаточно тихо. Есть возможность дополнительно обогреть помещение.

Добродушное, приветливое отношение персонала, уют, своевременная уборка помещений, месторасположение отеля - рядом и лес и магазины и транспортная развязка

Так как мы были в отеле всего одни сутки, да к тому же в эконом-номере, то спокойно перенесли отсутствие горячей воды в душе....но если снимать на дольше.....

Люблю атмосферу, когда света в помещении почти нет (чисто индивидуальное). Приятный душ, цена по предоплате (но с этим тоже возникли проблемы, изложу в "минусах"). При выписке, забыл кошелек. Вернулся через час-с радостью вернули все обратно. Завтра собираюсь снова посетить данный отель, так как понравилось.

Само бронирование. Произошла проблема, когда бронировал: внес оплату, а после мне звонят и говорят, мол номеров на нет. Пришлось разбираться, но операторы Hotels24 все быстро решили (спасибо Вам за это).

Очень понравилась кухня . Повар Маруся готовит так , что оближешь пальчики и бармен Галя тоже очень общительная , доброжелательная и симпатичная девушка . Очень понравился интерьер в баре , сделано в старинном немецком стиле .

Единственнное что мне не пнравилось, это старенькая мебель в комнате и черная многонедельная паутина под потолком , которую после моей просьбы убрали
