Швидке бронювання кімнати,дистанційно поселили,детально розказали про умови. Оплата після поселення.Зручне територіальне розміщення,від ж/д вокзалу "Київ" 15 хв.пішки.Зручне двоспальне ліжко, в принципі в кімнаті є все що потрібно. Досить не погані умови.
Репуча підлога, погана шумоізоляція. На рахунок чистоти є зауваження, рушники мали не приємний запах, в туалеті брудно,на балконі також, якась брудна ганчірка валялась на підлозі В інших приміщеннях не була, не було в тому потреби,тому не можу дати їм оцінку.

Очень хорошо, чисто, уютно, рядом с Вокзалом,что для меня было очень важно. Очень вежливый администратор.
Небыло туалетных принадлежностей,и я с собой не взяла,пришлось идти в магазин.
