Женщина на рецепции была очень любезна. Комната чистая.
Комната расположена, считай, в подвале. Так как окна замурованы, единственным источником света является лампа, после выключения которой начинается поиск кровати вслепую. Я не жалуюсь на то, что удобства на все комнаты общие, этого никак не исправить, да и за такую цену оно и понятно. Но что мешает вам поставить прикроватный ночник, чтобы не убить посетителей? В комнате невозможно спать - очень холодно. Опять таки, что мешает дать посетителям несколько пледов или поставить обогреватель? Из-за холода страдает, вероятно, и женщина с рецепции, которая захлебывалась кашлем всю ночь. Хоть ей бы плед купили, ей-богу!

НІЧОГО
Тихий жах. Підвал в центрі Києва. Духота, сморід, шум, п'яні розбірки вночі. Це не хостел думаю, а каземат.

Приємний персонал, допоможуть у вирішенні любого питання, в номері все чисто і уютно. Дуже зручне розташування готелю, у 15 хв. ходьби від ЖД, та 15 хв. від центру, поблизу є продуктові маркети та піцерія.
Не має вікон, але для туриста у якого ціль лише переночувати, не знаходитися в готелі довго, то на це не зверне, взагалі, уваги.
