комфортне ліжко, у самій кімнаті чисто.

У номері холодно. Ванна кімната не прибрана від слова зовсім...брудний унітаз, зі зливу в душі до нудоти неприємний запах який посилюється коли туди потрапляє вода і доречі вода стоїть під час прийому душу...гарячої води немає, вона ледь тепла в любий час доби...

Не далеко от центра, приветливый персонал, чисто, вкусные завтраки, большой номер.

Учитывая цену и "звездочность" из замечаний: нет резинового коврика в ванной (достаточно скользко), прохладно в номере (февраль), не работает полотенцесушитель.

Расположение в 10 минутах неспешной ходьбы как от центра так и от луцкого замка. Персонал вежливый и внимательный -- предоставили электрочайник по первой же просьбе, вежливо отвечали на интересующие меня вопросы. Наличие кафе на первом этаже.

Пришлось долго спускать воду чтобы пошла горячая.

Дуже гарний, чистий та комфортний готель. Розташован неподалік центра міста. Комфортні, нові номери. Гарна постільна білизна, сяючі білі рушники. Чемний персонал.

Сподобалося все.

Усе сподобалось, готель знаходиться в 10хвилинах від Замку , ввічливий персонал, в номері чисто, новий ремонт, усі зручності, ліфт,на поверхах готелю є широкі балкони та диванчики. В готелі знаходиться кафе та ресторан, де можна смачно попоїсти.

довольно бюджетная гостиница, есть все необходимое, отзывчивый персонал, администратор Наталья доступно и вежливо все объяснила. Это благодаря ей высокая оценка персоналу.

В воскресенье не работает кафе в гостинице, благо недалеко есть супермаркеты, горячую воду ждал 10 минут, и когда решил, это ее уже не будет - о, чудо, из крана пошла когрячая вода, жаль что побриться успел при холодной воде.
