Hotel and restaurant complex "Arnica" is located at an altitude of 950 m above sea level, not far from Lake Synevyr (the distance to the lake is 1200 m), on the territory of the National Park. Hotel "Arnica" is an ideal place where you can get healthy, rest from gassed metropolises and regain strength for further achievements. The complex consists of two residential buildings, a hut, a restaurant (European cuisine), a hut (Verkhovyna cuisine), a sauna, an outdoor swimming pool and a children's playground. The room fund of the "Arnica" hotel consists of 30 rooms of different categories. At the guests' disposal are billiards, a conference hall, organization of excursions in the Zakarpattia region (Hunting Castle of the Austrian Count Schönborn (Chenadievo village), Kolochava Ethnographic Museum in the open air, the waterfall "Shypit"), trout fishing, and also on the territory there are animals such as lambs and ponies. Очень понравился отдых в отеле «Арника»! Атмосфера уюта, тишины и настоящего закарпатского спокойствия. Отличное место, чтобы перезагрузиться, подышать чистым воздухом и отдохнуть от городской суеты.

Номер дуже маленький і це було не дуже зручно, але ліжко досить зручне, в кімната приємний запах деревини. В готелі працюють дуже ввічливі і приємні люди

В принципі смачно, проте трішки дорожче ніж в навколишніх закладах, неприємне враження осталось після того як тут висів оманливий банер про комплексні обіди а їх небуло, і були вони тільки для 30+ осіб

Величезна подяка власникам цього чудового місця для відпочинку: пану Філіпу Олександровичу та пану Савелію, за незабутній відпочинок у самому серці Карпат! Розміщення готелю чудове, апартаменти чисті з гарним свіжим ремонтом, є все необхідне для комфорту. Чудова традиційна карпатська та європейська кухня, крафтові напої, уважні офіціанти ( привіт Івану), тиша спокій і особлива атмосфера затишку! Сім'я була просто у захваті від задоволення, особлива подяка за чан з єловими гілочками та цілющими травами! Це просто щось нереально, відчуття новонародженої дитини! Дуже рекомендую! Уважний персонал, особливо пані Наталія, дуже радушно зустріла, розмістила все розказала про комплекс та послуги, величезне всім ДЯКУЮ! особливо було цікаво дізнатися, що в наших апартаментах відпочиває Жан Рено!!! Окрема подяка за добре відношення до ветеранів, було дуже приємно! Дуже рекомендую це місце для відпочинку!!! Всіх обняв, всім привіт!!! З повагою, Віктор

Хороший отель, в котором есть и колыба чтобы позавтракать, пообедать, поужинать. Блюда очень хорошие, цены кусаются-но оно того стоит. Особенно рекомендую попробовать хреновуху- у них она супер.Пешком до озера заняло около 1,20 туда и 1 часа назад(так как туда на подъёб). Люди продают по дороге очень классные домашние ягодные вина- особенно зашли ожина и смородина. В целом хороший отель и хорошо расположен, и персонал колыбы преветливее и лучше чем в других(так как я обошёл многие за день)

Гарне місце, після довгої прогулянки до озера Синевир добряче захотілось перекусити, обрали цей заклад по відгукам в гуглі, місце дуже просторе, людей було багатенько але місця вільні були, одразу принесли меню, вибір досить великий, але дітлахи хотіли піцу, на цьому й зупинились. Однозначно рекомендую відвідати та скуштувати страви, обслуговування гарне та швидке.

Так сталось, що і мені з сімʼєю довелось зупинитись на обід в цій забігаловці(по іншому висловитись важко)З хорошого, був лише інтерʼєр, який і підкупив щоб зупинитись саме там. Якщо говорити про їжу то вона просто жахлива, а якщо ще до цього додати конську ціну, то краще б я сидів голодним. Велика частина з страв, просто залишилась на тарілці, бо такими помиями навіть свиней шкода кормити. Крім цього окремо хочу зауважити ставлення персоналу до вас. Обслуговування і манера спілкування така, наче їм хтось щось винен. Ніколи у житті більше там не зупинюсь і всім хто буде їхати на мальовничий Синевир обов’язково буду розповідати про цю ситуацію.

Мали можливість зупинись тут та скуштувати їхній десерт. Враження неоднозначні: краєвид і дизайн заслуговують на тверду пʼятірку, офіціантка також була приємною, але кухня зіпсувала все враження. Десерт малесенький, чай та глінтвейн ледве теплі, а ціни, як на таку якість просто космічні(

Почну з того що в номері дуже чисто, навіть було дуже спокійно та затишно поки не почали повертатися сусіди з номерів вище. Звукоізоляція відсутня зовсім( як воно там на горі падало та матюкалося це окрема історія. Wi-Fi в номері працював виключно в ванній кімнаті (інший зв'язок з зовнішнім світом теж відсутній в цій місцевості,тому то є проблема) Пані на рецепції витримана, привітна, їй 5+. Колиба....я такого ще не бачила ніколи. Напої тільки теплі холодильник в залі не працював (якщо що, то в меню пиво стелла було 75 грн, а в чеку 111 грн, за підігрів , я так розумію). Дівчата офіціанти, мені так здалося, працюють з тиждень, на жодне питання адекватну відповідь не отримали. Коротше кажучи, краєвид з готелю та його території це ваше все для гостей що завітали до вас затемно

Мы отдыхали 3 семьи с детьми 11 и 14 лет. Отдых удался. Воспоминания самые лучшие. Особенно коллективу запомнился чан. Это супер. А после окунаешься в родниковую воду -это не передаваемые чувства. Владелец - очень гостеприимный человек. Спасибо Вам за отдых.

Люблю отдых подальше от города, поближе к природе. Здесь было именно то что нужно. Мне все понравилось. Природа вокруг. В отеле комфортно и уютно. Вежливый администратор. Всегда был рад нам подсказать, что нужно, и помочь. Понравилась баня. Увлекательные экскурсии, которые предоставляет гостиница. В колыбе превосходно готовили. Вечерами мы любили сидеть, пить травяной чай, и любоваться звездным небом , слушать тишину. Отдохнули, зарядились энергией. Приедем сюда еще раз и всем советуем.

Отель сделан из дерева. Мне понравилось место, в котором он расположен.Прекрасная природа и чистый воздух кругом. Номер компактный. Мы жили в двухместном. Но вполне уютно. Обустроенный. Все для комфортного проживания есть. Превосходный персонал. Можно попариться в бане. Также есть сауна, небольшой бассейн. Готовят здесь прилично. Еда мне пришлась по вкусу. Всем рекомендую здесь побывать.

Отдыхали здесь летом. Отель вполне достойный. Понравились прогулки на велосипеде, (брали здесь напрокат) по местности. Жаркими летними днями, приятно было освежиться в бассейне. Ходили также в баню. Супер. Номер вполне комфортный. Жилось в нем хорошо.

Слабо убирают в номерах. Еда так себе. В основном, все разогревается в микроволновой печке.

Входят в положение гостей, и исходят из интересов гостей в первую очередь. Отличная еда, хорошо передана закарпатская атмосфера (шкуры на стенах, все из дерева и пахнет деревом). Очень близко к озеру, и есть экскурсии. Очень хороший и вежливый персонал.
