Вкусный разнообразный завтрак. Уже провели реконструкцию в холле и работают над кафе. После завершения ремонта отель будет великолепным.

Были небольшие проблемы с сантехникой в ванной комнате.

Хороший бизнес-отель в историческом здании в самом центре Николаева. Нравится завтрак и отдельно спасибо персоналу.

Реконструкция еще в процессе, номера требуют обновления.

Главное преимущество отеля это персонал.

Перебои с горячей водой в номере, номерам также нужен косметический ремонт.

Персонал

Прохладная вода в душевой(особенно утром), омлет на завтрак был не вкусный (видимо порошковый). Вода для питья в номере была платная, хотя номер считался "люкс!".

Расположение

В номере было очень холодно. Спал в одежде(( Поселили в прокуренный номер. Правда, сразу после моего обращения к администратору - переселили в другой.

Месторасположение центр города и удобная развязка для тех,кто без машины.Персонал приветливый и внимательный.Соотношение цена-качество на 100%.За небольшую плату отличный отель.Вкусное питание.Номер небольшой,но уютный и чистый.Советую всем!

За сутки пребывание не к чему было придраться :)

Гостиница понравилась. Удобное расположение позволяет добраться в любую точку города, отзывчивый персонал, хорошие, чистые, уютные номера.

Негативных моментов не осталось.
