Неодноразово проводили в готелі тренінги. Затишне та комфортне приміщення. Обслуговування на вищому рівні, персонал ввічливий та професійний, адміністратори завжди з розумінням йдуть назустріч. Єдиний недолік - дуже великі порціі на обід))))

Проживали та проводили тренінги-все було на найвищому рівні. Смачна їжа, ввічливий персонал, охайні і чисті номери. Окремо хочу подякувати керівнику ресторану Ксенії за вміння підлаштуватись під наші постійні зміни, та керівнику рецешену Вікторії за те, що зробила все, щоб ми та наші учасники залишились задоволеними)

Була в даному готелі по роботі. Сподобався чистий та просторий номер, кожного дня прибирання, смачна їжа в готелі, приємні дівчата в ресторані та покоївки. Дякую!)

Понравился сам номер, было тепло и комфортно, большой телевизор.Персонал улыбчивый и компетентный. Гостиница годится и для отдыха и для рабочих поездок, делают ланч-бокс если не успеваете на завтрак. Ещё вернусь.

Прострый номер, приветливый персонал, вся техника в норме. Чистый санузел, минибар, завтрак принесли в 7-30. Жаль что на балконе нет столика и стульев что бы посмотреть на красоту города.

Неплохая гостиница для непривередливого туриста. Номера небольшие, но чистые и уютные. Был очень вкусный завтрак.

Персонал не очень профисиональный. Нужно ждать пока кто-то не выглянет в зал.

Отличное место расположение в центре города. Приятное обслуживание персоналом. Вкусное питание, чистый и уютный номер.

В номере был только один набор тапочек, халат и комплект для душа, хотя номер заказан на двоих.

1. Цены на мини бар и кофе как в 5-звездночной гостинице - Цена на 0,5л воду без газа - 20 грн., кофе эспрессо - 22 грн!!! 2. одеяло в пододеяльник не было заправлено!
