Чистота и обслуживание на высоте. По любому вопросу самый точный ответ и помощь. Дети просто в восторге от обстановки! чувствовали себя как в фешенебельном отеле. Удобный затененный двор, мангал, обслуживание! Просто нет слов насколько все отлично! Огромное спасибо Елене за терпение, комфорт и помощь! Отличный отдых! Спасибо!

Общение сотрудников, чистота, своевременная уборка, гостепреимность

Нет возможности приготовить еду самому, в номерах без кондиционера просто нереально жарко, невозможно днем находиться в номере.

Номер большой.со всеми удобствами.Тепло.Качественный телевизор.Постельные принадлежности хорошо простиранные. Приветливый персонал.

Нет электрочайника в номере,а за горячей водой идти на кухню по крутой винтовой лестнице.Нам.пожилым женщинам делать это было трудно.Ни разу за 5 дней не убрали в номере-даже не освободили мусорный бачок в туалете

Мини-отель расположен в очень тихом месте. Недалеко находятся хорошие супермаркеты. Хорошее транспортное сообщение с популярными пляжами, вокзалом и центром.В отеле можно заказать завтрак, чай, кофе и т.д. Персонал очень доброжелательный.Есть приятный дворик с кустами самшита, где можно завтракать и пить кофе или чай.

Очень радушные хозяева. Приятная атмосфера и чувствуешь себя как дома. Номера очень уютные с экологической деревянной отделкой, что создает релаксирующую расслабляющую обстановку. Люди работают здесь с душой.
