Очень удобное месторасположение в самом сердце Одессы. Теплая атмосфера. Номер просто отличный, уютный и комфортный, с волшебным видом на море. Отдельное спасибо администратору Наталье за профессионализм и чуткий подход к пожеланиям - выслушала и решила все на высоком уровне, чтобы гость остался доволен. Сюда точно захочется вернуться.

Зупинилась у готелі по рекомендації друзів . Забронювала номер з видом на море по рекомендації адміністратора Анжели🥰, під час розмови з Вами вже було зрозуміло, що на мене чекають ))) за що щиро дякую 🙏 окремо відмічу роботу прибиральниці , нажаль , не знаю вашого імені на 5 поверсі. Якщо ви хочете жити в самому серці Одеси, але при цьому в тиші - то Вам саме сюди! Дві хвилини пішки і Ви вже біля Оперного, 5-7 хвилин і ось він памʼятник Дюку і Потьомкінські сходи. І на відміну від решти Дерибасівської тут тихо! Брала номер стандарт, він розташовувався в корпусі у дворі, на 4му поверсі, що приємно є ліфт. Номер хоч і не великий, але все є. Простора ванна кімната із душем. Весь персонал дуже чуйний і радий прийти на допомогу, але моя окрема любов це адміністратор Анжела, зустріла як рідних дітей, все показала і розказала, дякую Вам!

Відпочивали 4 дні в Одесі та зупинились в даному готелі. Все дуже сподобалось, комфортні та сучасні номери. Вид був на місто та море, дуже зручне ліжко, у номері було все необхідне. На сніданок гарний вибір, кожного дня змінювались позиції, тому кожному знайдеться щось довподоби. Укриття - величезний плюс, воно комфортне, завжди в доступі, тому в наших реаліях дуже виручає. Окрема подяка персоналу, адміністратор Анжела дуже привітна та створювала додаткову атмосферу Одеського життя) Нам дуже сподобалось, рекомендую для відпочинку, розташування супер зручне, для прогулянок центром міста саме те що треба)

Проводили в готелі Континенталь корпоративне навчання — залишилися під великим враженням! Бронювали номери, конференц-зал і комплексне харчування. Організація заходу була на вищому рівні — усе чітко, професійно та з турботою про деталі. Особлива подяка власнику готелю, який особисто приєднувався до вечерь, і ділився цікавою історією готелю. Це додало затишку і тепла до нашого візиту. Також хочемо відзначити адміністратора Юлю, яка заслуговує найвищих похвал — усі питання вирішувались оперативно й доброзичливо, буквально за кілька хвилин. Номери комфортні: товсті стіни — не чути сусідів, дуже зручні матраци та подушки, приємна постіль. Вікна виходять на тиху вуличку без активного руху авто, тож можна спокійно відпочити. Водночас — ідеальне розташування: усе поруч — і центр, і пам’ятки, і кафе. Окремий плюс — наявність укриття, що додає спокою в нинішніх умовах. Щиро рекомендуємо і для бізнес-заходів, і для приватного відпочинку. Обов’язково повернемось ще!

Дуже крута локація. В новому корпусі у нас був хороший номер, просторо, класна з гарним видом тераса. Смачні сніданки. Дуже приємний персонал. У нас пізній виїзд, лишили речі в готелі, якийсь час навіть сиділи відпочивали там, персонал попіклувався, щоб нам було комфортно. Дуже сподобалось.

Чудовий готель! Я залишалась на одну ніч , в мене був пізній виїзд , і адміністрація готелю не взяла додаткові кошти , подарувавши цю опцію як комплімент ! Було дуже приємно , дякую ! Номер невеличкий , дуже чистий , охайний, чиста постіль , все необхідне в номері є. Сніданок - шведська лінія , невелика, але всього достатньо , все необхідне є. Знаходиться готель в серці міста, поруч головні вулиці , кафе, ресторани ,міський сад. Щє і була знижка на номер! :) Загалом , все супер 👍🏻 залишусь обовʼязково щє, дякую персоналу за роботу ♥️

дві доби були гостями готелю - в захваті всі (від 10 до 70+років), сподобалося все: чудове розташування в тихій частині Дерибасівської, товстезні стіни і перекриття, власне укриття, смачні сніданки, чудовий сервіс, в пішохідній доступності є все, що потрібно для гарного відпочинку

Прожила 4 дня в отеле ,из плюсов: реально исторический центр ,номера нормальные по размеру,кровать огромная ,по словам персонала мне бесплатно "повысили" категорию номера ,ну ок. Далее по минусам : два дня не убирали совсем,на третий день повесила сама табличку с просьбой об уборке( впервые в своей жизни пришлось это сделать !!!)потому что мусор начал пахнуть и туалетная бумага закончилась ( изначально стоял не новый рулон)))). Убрали,но ванну не мыли вообще,мои волосы так и остались ,полотенца тоже не сменили. Ладно ,это можно пережить. Но завтраки ,как для отеля с таким названием - НИ О ЧЕМ!! только сосиски и гречка, омлет сказали закончился, сыр, Колбаса, покупной йогурт и круассаны ,еще что-тохолодное. Человеку,который не ест колбасу - остаётся только творог ( без ничего ) и покупной йогурт.....а что еще я хотела ?) Честно ,практически везде есть сырники или блинчики,хотя бы овощи тушеные.....короче ,не доедали мы)))) помимо этого ведут ступеньки к рецепции и с тяжёлым чемоданом мне ни разу не помогли,это тоже впервые у меня ))) обычно охрана или парковщик помогает девушке с багажом. Спасибо за комнату для курения,вот тут респект ! Только там нужна вытяжка или больше открытых окон,там дышать нечем,когда несколько человек одновременно. Итого: второй раз ради расположения не поеду.

Найкращий готель в Одесі, в якому я зупинявся! Привітливий і професійний персонал! Розкішні номери. І дуже вдале розташування, він занохидиться в самому центрі, на Дерибасівській, але в максимально тихій її частині. Ніщо не заважає відпочинку! Приємно здивували ціни. Буду рекомендувати друзям!

Спонтанно зібралася на вихідні до Одеси. Випадково забронювала Continental Hotel і це була найкраща випадковість за останній час. Готель розташований в чудовому місці на Деребасівській, до моря 30 хвилин гуляючи красивим парком. Сервіс на найвищому рівні. На рецепції дуже приємні працівники, які вирішують усі ваші питання з легкістю та посмішкою. Ще мені пощастило бачити з вікна море 🌊 Щиро рекомендую готель Continental та обов’язково повернуся ще до вас 🥰🤗

Дійсно круте і зручне місце розташування. Поблизу безліч гарних закладів, знаменитий оперний театр. Море. Тихий і затишний двір з величезним розлогим каштаном і неймовірно красивими, дружелюбними котиками:) Надзвичайно приємні люди працюють на рецепції. На усі мої численні прохання одразу відгукувались і з посмішкою допомагали. Окремий плюс - можливість раннього заїзду (що було для мене дуже важливим, адже поїзд прибув удосвіта), і пізнього виїзду за потреби. У номері (у мене був стандартний) присутній зручний автоматичний клімат-контроль, міні-холодильник, сейф та дійсно великі шафи для зберігання речей. А ще - нормальні матраци! Єдине зауваження - хотілося б мати у номері електрочайник для повної зручності, а також уважніше читати, коли постоялець просить двоспальне ліжко, а не два односпальних, зсунутих докупи. Іноді це справді важливо:) В цілому - щиро рекомендую цей готель. Дякую за затишок і гарний сервіс!

Отель достаточно неплохой. Великолепное размещение, исторический центр. Начну с того, что понравилось: есть лифт, большой номер, чистота, есть вся необходимая косметика в номере. На ресепшн очень приятные ребята, которые настроены помочь. Прекрасный вид из окна. Что обращало внимание. Не хватало освещения в номере, вечером весьма темно. Анкету на завтрак необходимо заплатить заранее. В первый день был ранний заезд, и это вызвало возмущение, что завтрак не был заказан заранее (хотя никто не предупреждал). Во второй день, завтрак был заказан с вечера на 8.00 следующего дня, но придя в 8, завтрак был подан только к 8.20. учитывая плотный график, это было не очень приятно. Особый осадок оставил парковщик. Учитывая, что отель находится в центре, напротив гос учреждения, мест мало. Поставив свою машину утром , вечером я не могла выехать, так как ее заблокировали несколько автомобилей. Учитывая, что я оставила машину на парковке отеля, где есть парковщик, Я не ожидала что придется тратить 20 мин на поиски владельца машины. Потому что ,,это не задача парковщика следить кто припарковался рядом". Но ведь это сервис для посетителей! Те, кто подпирали и другие автомобили не оставляли контакты, и паралельно со мной с такими же проблемами сталкивались и другие постояльцы.

Враження цей готель залишив доволі неприємне. З плюсів - ввічливі і уважні люди на рецепції та смачні сніданки, в кімнаті було чисто і тиждень проживання добре підтримували чистоту. Також дійсно чудова локація. На жаль, присутній неприємний запах вже коли заходиш в хол, в кімнатах так само і провітрювання не дуже допомагало. Немає можливості нормально занести валізу, оскільки на вході чекає купа сходів перед тим як дістанешся ліфту. Освітлення в кімнаті також не дуже, особливо якщо треба працювати. Якщо вище перераховане - субʼєктивна думка, то наступне свідчить просто про неорганізованість роботи. Коли захотіла виїхати раніше заброньованої дати - мені не змогли нормально оформити повернення коштів. По-перше, складна, довга і неналагоджена сама процедура. По-друге, абсолютно некомпетентний бухгалтер. Платіж був проведений аж через тиждень і то після дзвінка-нагадування людям зробити свою роботу. Я в цей готель точно не повернуся і нікому його не рекомендую.

Дуже чисто в номері,в туалеті,чиста білизна, рушники, халати.Висота стелі 4м. + автоматичне кондиціювання.Відсутні шуми і клацання замків-відкриття дверей карткою. Персонал привітний швидко вирішує прохання відвідувачів. 4 зірки за відсутній wi-fi але можливо це навіть плюс для відпочинку.
