Дуже розчарована готелем. ДУЖЕ НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ! На перший погляд все дуже гарно, та зручно. Але! Ми приїхала на три дні, нас повідомили що 2 доби в одному номері, 1 треба переїхати в інший - добре. На другу добу заплатили за номер, залишався тільки Стандарт, чоловік заплатив 8000 грн, дівчинка на рецепшені сказала що решти немає зараз, занесе ввечері, ну ок. Що ви думаєте? Третя доба, нам переплутали номера, дали один номер, ми заходимо там не прибрано зовсім, ми в шоці, ( гроші вже заплатили, решту так ніхто не повернув) дівчинка на репетиції каже що «вибачте переплутали номера, треба зачекати» заїхали ми о 16:00 в номер, коли обіцяно о 14:00. Не приємно, але це не все. З горе навпіл ми заселилися. Сьогодні ми виїжджали і я запитала що з рештою яку нам ніхто не повернув? НАМ НІХТО НІЧОГО НЕ ПОВЕРНУВ! Номер вартував 7200 грн, 800 грн решти просто залишили собі) сказав що будемо розбиратись і дивитися по камерам. Загалом, ми вже виїхали дуже розчаровані, і ні, справа не в 800 грн, (хоча тоже якби нічо собі) а в відношенню, такого рівня готель, як себе ставлять АЛЕ зовсім не відповідають цієї планки. З номерами переплутають, за своїми грошима будете бігати просити щоб повернули, наприкінці нічого не повертають і кажуть що розберуться. Розберуться тоді, звичайно, коли ви вже поїдете)) Будь-яке питання треба вирішувати одразу на місці, але на жаль це не про цей готель. Вони вирішують питання тоді, коли ви вже поїдете( та і не факт що взагалі вирішать ) Дуже не рекомендую!!

Принципово не забронюю тут номер хоч готель сподобався. Адміністратор ГОВОРИТЬ РОСІІСЬКОЮ , що є протизаконно!!!! Не може по телефону звʼязати два слова, та толком пояснити що входить у вартість, відпало будь яке бажання взагалі розмовляти з нетямущим та не розуміючим українською мовою адміністратором! Жах!!!

Уровень. Качество. Комфорт. Это если кратко. Но отзыв разверну. Номера. Просторные, чистые, уютные, тихие. Кровати широкие и очень комфортные. Это отдельно надо отметить, ведь в путешествиях очень важно насколько хорошо выспался, от этого очень зависит следующий день, который всегда в большей нагрузке, чем дома. Санузел так же просторный, чистый и с ванной и просто классным огромным зеркалом (жена его особенно оценила). Завтрак. Очень вкусно (работникам кухни особый респект) и с шикарным видом на море. Удобства отеля. Есть крытый бассейн и фитнесс-зал. В этот раз их не посещали, но на экскурсию туда сходил. В следующий раз обязательно посетим. Персонал. Внимательный и доброжелательный, особо отмечу, что на рецепции информирование о восточной концепции отеля, а так же о всех остальных удобствах было очень четкое, краткое и корректное. Профи. Спасибо. Рекомендую! Вернусь обязательно.

Щиро рекомендую готель всім гостям Одеси. Інтерʼєр створений для комфортного відпочинку. Є навіть меню подушок!!! Не памʼятаю де в Україні ще є такий сервіс. Локація: поруч з морем і Стежкою здоровʼя. Все що потрібно для якісного і комфортного відпочинку. Окрема вдячність за смачний середземноморський сніданок, який включений у вартість проживання. І звичайно ж СПА-територія з басейном. Чого можна ще бажати?

Моє улюблене місце для сніданку в Одесі - ресторан в цьому готелі. Все завжди смачно та сервіс на висоті. Хочеться відмітити розташування готелю (5 хв до моря), просторі номери готелю, чудовий дизайн, гарний сервіс. Вперше відвідала 3 роки тому і зараз продовжую зупинятись за наявності вільних місць. Нажаль в готелі лише 24 номери, але в цьому є свій шарм - можна неспішно пити каву, насолоджуватись музикою роялю та милуватись морем.

Мне в гостинице очень понравилось. Маленькая, но уютная. Персонал работает на высоте, создавая впечатление, что ты единственный и самый ценный гость в их заведении. В моем номере был вид из окна шикарно и незабываемо. В гостинице очень вкусно кормят. За сырнички отдельное спасибо! Людей много, но весь день все в суете, поэтому можно с кем-то встретиться лишь во время завтрака или в спортивном зале.
Спуск к морю не очень хороший, но это проблема всей Одессы.

В этом отеле останавливаемся уже во второй раз, и снова меня поражает гостеприимность и душевность обстановки. В номерах стандарт, как в 5* отеле: есть все необходимые принадлежности гигиены, все продумано для комфорта туристов. В столовой подают разнообразные блюда, даже есть веганские. Пользовались их бассейном, сауной и парковкой. Все круто!
Мне понравилось абсолютно все. Спасибо.

Вау и супер - вот слова которые приходят в голову, когда думаю об этом отеле. За умеренную плату ты получаешь кучу плюшек: кафе, ресторан, сауна, бассейн, вид из окна и прочее. Персоналу отдельный респект! Ребята, вы крутые. Ваш ресторан и корзинка с пирожками остануться на долго в моем сердце!
