Итак, начнём. Себестоимость проживания и реальность совершенно не соответствуют друг другу. Состояние номеров оставляет желать лучшего: в душе может упасть заглушка от сантехники, телевизор настолько маленький, что для его просмотра нужна лупа, а запах канализации в ванной – норма. Завтраки каждый раз одинаковые и точно не соответствуют 5* отелю (может весь бюджет завтраков ушел на устрицы) Самое главное – это постоянный будильник в 8:00 утра, когда начинает шуметь стройка здания в 50 метрах от отеля. Это было на протяжении нескольких дней, в том числе и в субботу! А вот музыка у бассейна (которая каждый день одинаковая) будет сопровождать вас весь день с 9:00 до 22:00 так как шумоизоляция желает лучшего. Тихий и спокойный отдых точно не про этот отель. Теперь о бассейне: это просто смешно для такого якобы престижного отеля. Один маленький бассейн, не считая джакузи, в котором никто никогда не сидит. Ваши жалобы будут "решать" комплиментами в виде бесплатных конфет, которые и так раздают ежедневно. Клиентоориентированность и себестоимость проживания – полный ноль. Если вас что-то не устраивает, подскажите персоналу, как исправить ситуацию, потому что сами они не догадаются. Монетизация отеля на каждом шагу свидетельствует о жадности владельца. На завтрак чай бесплатный, но сразу после завтрака будьте готовы заплатить 250 грн за кипяток и пакетик чая. Такая мелочь, но сразу говорит о многом: вас хотят ободрать по полной программе. В стоимость проживания не входит даже Cауна, которое они назвывают целым SPA. Плюс ко всему до рум сервиса невозможно дозвониться! Вывод: я не рекомендую этот отель. С приятного здесь было только расположение и вежливый ресепшен.

Доброго дня. Мене звати Світлана і хочу поділитись своїми враженнями від відпочинку в готелі М1. Зняли номер люкс президентський вартістю в 26 тисяч гривень, номер дійсно дуже крутий чистота та охайність була на рівні ціни. Обслуговуючий персонал в номерах теж заслуговує окремої поваги Але ‼️‼️‼️ сніданки які входили у вартість номера за 26 тисяч просто збентежили до рівня 0 🤷‍♀️ Те що нічого майже не можна було знайти щоб поїсти і його дуже рідко підкладати це ще півбіди , а саме вразило ваза із фруктами це якийсь сюр)) на сьогодні фрукти в Одесі коштують від 30 до 50 грн за кг і щоб на тарілці такого рівня готелю було ( до очно) 2 груші 3 яблука, 2 сливи це взагалі як??? Я довго наблюдала за цією сценою думаючи що можливо персонал все таки зверне увагу і щось добавить )) але щастя не сталось в до кінця сніданку все так і залишилось . Я досі не можу зрозуміти чому в Україні беруть таку ціну за послуги які реально не надають. Басейн дуже замалий людей дуже багато і працівники не хочуть за ними прибирати тому недоїданні продукти можуть на спеці бути дуже довго. Окремий момент із відʼїздом ))) вже на виході на ресепшині дівчата запропонували нас відвезти до авто але ми прочекали 15 хвилин та так і не дочекавшись водія і хоча б вибачення пішли із радістю самі)) Враження різняться від 2021 року і наразі це дуже великий стрибок назад у розвитку Моя особиста думка

Відпочивала разом з подругою в даному готелі . Номер був чистий , гарний вид на море , але вартість номеру завищена . У вартість входили сніданки. Якщо Ви вже пропонуєте їх , то приділіть особливу увагу цьому . Липень місяць - розпочався сезон овочів та фруктів, але не в М1 ((( Вибір страв дуже скудний . Будьте готові до того , що снідати будете в найближчих кафе , це дешевше та вкусніше.

Первый раз плачу такие деньги чтоб пожить на стройке. Целый день на бассейне и в номере звуки стройки.

Не просто чудовий рівень сервісу, а навіть більше - все дуже продумано до дрібниць, дуже оригінально і це той отель, який обовʼязково буде згадуватися і з яким будемо порівнювати майбутні помешкання. Тверда десятка, яку однозначно рекомендуємо для всіх. Люксовий сніданок, під час якого можна поласувати устрицями. Рекомендуємо витратити дві години на чан на березі моря - незабутні відчуття.

Найкраще в цьому готелі - це розміщення. Але на 5* в зимовий період він аж ніяк не тягне: басейну немає, сніданок по карті бідненький, навіть немає апельсинового фрешу, фруктів та зелені такоже немає взагалі. Самі номери вже давно не нові. Обслуговування в номерах взагалі спілкується російською, правда коли чують українську то переходять на неї. Самим жахливим є те, що під час тривоги серед ночі включається гучномовець і голосом дівчини пропонують всім зійти на перший поверх, стрес ще той...
