Дякую вам за чудовий відпочинок у вашому готелі! Нам усе дуже сподобалось Але, що найбільше мені запамʼяталося, це музика, який грав на роялі під час сніданку і звичайно неймовірно привітній персонал. Розташування готовлю, просто ідеальне!

Цей готель дуже розчарував. Незважаючи на заявлений 5-зірковий рівень, сервіс не відповідає навіть 3 зіркам. 1. **Основні зручності відсутні**: не було одноразової зубної щітки, чайника, утюга та щітки для взуття, що є стандартом навіть у більш бюджетних готелях. 2. **Телевізор не працював**. Викликали техніка о 17:00, але він прийшов лише після нагадування о 22:30. 3. **Відсутність гарячої води**: цілий день не було гарячої води. Після нашої скарги гарячу воду включили, але відключили холодну! Нам довелося знову сваритися, щоб отримати нормальні умови. 4. **Кальян на басейні**: хотіли замовити кальян, але сказали, що кальянщик поїхав і невідомо, коли повернеться. Так і не дочекалися. 5. **Шампанське на сніданок**: готель обіцяв шампанське на сніданок, але принесли лише один раз, а потім сказали, що "бочка закінчилась", і нової немає. Для 5-зіркового готелю це неприпустимо. Такого жахливого сервісу я не очікував(ла) від 5-зіркового готелю. Максимум – це 3 зірки. Не рекомендую цей готель нікому, хто очікує комфорту і належного обслуговування."

Гарний готель у моря. Великий номер з терасою , 2 басейни з морською водою. Кухня на 4+ Деякі шезлонги вже потребують заміни. У минулому році були свої виходи у море, зараз на реконструкції, але є вихід на пісчаний міський пляж. Привітливий чутний персонал на всіх локаціях. Ціни не дешеві, як в Одесі)

Заїхали в готель у пятницю піздно вночі! Рецепція працює 24/7, нас зустріла дуже ввичлива дівчина, та провела нас до номеру! Ноиера чудові,великі, краєвід - топ 150лвл! З ранку на сніданку всіх пригощали просеко, та вибір був великий, все дуже-дуже смачно! Каші, нарізки, яєчні, мясо, все є! Солодощі, овочи, фрукти! Вразило такод те, що зранку в дуже красивому ресторагі гоав рояль! Басейн великий 25м, та одразу поруч дітячій! Є на теріторії готелю декілька ресторанів. Здивував новий ресторан Устрична скіфії, що возять свіжі устриці зі своєї ферми на лімані. Гарна подача та смак страв - нам все дуже сподобалося! Раджу завітати кожному гурману!

Хороший готель класичного типу. Рецепція, лобі, територія, коридори сповнені одеським шиком. Багато картин, диванів, скульптур. Персонал привітний і доброзичливий. Номера просторі з балконами, кондиціонера, у ванній кімнаті пральна машинка, теплі підлог, біде. Чисте простирадла і хороші рушники. На території два басейни, пірс, лежаки, бари і кафе. Поряд з готелем пляж Чайка. Велика парковка.
