Приветливый персонал, готовый помочь при случае, удобное разположение отеля.

Не знаю, с чем было связано, но я не заметил, чтобы у меня убирали в номере, когда я там жил. Может конечно из-за того что это были выходные, но в информации было казано, что уборка ежедневная. И плюс довольно тонки стены.

Зупиняюсь в готелі вже третій рік поспіль. Кожного року - покращення, розширення, удосконалення. Респект всій команді! розумна цінова політика. Проживала у бюджетному номері, але відношення і комфорт на це впливають. Навіть, відсутність в номері вікна не відчутно за рахунок гарної вентиляції та високої стелі. Завжди привітний персонал, зручна постіль, наявні фен, засоби догляду. Прибирать щодня. можливість залишити валізи перед/після заїзду. Розташування - бомба! Ценр міста!

дещо замалий/не зручний санвузол)) але ж не для того в Одесу їздять))

Идеальное расположение в центре города, очень приветливый персонал. Проживала в бюджетном номере без окон. Никакого дискомфорта. Воздух вентилируется, потолки высокие, хорошее внутреннее освещение.

Высокая слышимость. Особенно с утра.

Розташування в історичному центрі міста. Поруч знаходяться продуктові магазини, кафе, зупинки транспорту. Сам готель колоритний, дизайнери класно попрацювали. Номер в якому я жив непоганий, але трішки тіснуватий для двох. Але для того щоб переночувати і далі продовжувати прогулянки містом - саме те.

Прекрасное расположение ,в самом сердце Одессы,тихий уютный одесский дворик.Спиться в номере очень комфортно. Стильный дизайн каждого номера. Есть всё необходимое,в номер стандарт нет чайника.

В душевой кабине сломаны дверцы,поэтому была шторка и головка душа дырявая в 2-х местах,соответсвенно вся ванная комната в воде./это номер стандарт/

Персонал, очень отзывчивый и приветливый. Расположение, 1 квартал от Дерибасовской, тихо достаточно, нет дороги близко. Отличная цена, как для разгара сезона. Высокие потолки, по сему много воздуха и не душно

Был немного запах в ванной из-за застоя воды.
