Отель хороший. Администраторы, Hausekeeping и официантка Анастасия - эти люди сделали наш отдых прекрасным. Спасибо.

Мы отдыхали в отеле неделю. Отель хороший, чисто. Администраторы на своем месте. Ресторан-проблема. Первые три дня было хорошо, т.к. в ресторане была ооочень приятная и ооочень профессиональная официантка – Анастасия. Спасибо! С понедельника ее не было, и мы это сразу почувствовали. Булочек на завтрак не было, были холодные сухари под названием «Тост». (( Обслуживание хоромало. Мы заказали столик на вторник на ужин на 4 персоны, у нас было семейное событие. Меню обговорили в понедельник утром. Во вторник в обед мне сообщают, что мяса для стейка нет, и будут медальоны. В Одессе закончилось мясо или мы были на острове? В чем проблема? Вечером, 23.07.19, мы пришли в назначенное время на террасу. Стол был готов и мы ждали шампанское. Официант (имя не знаю, но каждый день видела его в ресторане. Он носит черные джинсы, заправленные внизу в белые носки). И тут началось: бутылку шампанского он пытался открывыть 30 мин.у нас на глазах. Потом с бытылкой ушел еще на 20 мин. Я не выдержала и пошла за ним. Возле барной стойки он продолжал борьбу с бытылкой. Нельзы было взять другую бутылку??? Наконец-то принес шампанское и просто поставил на стол и ушел. Ни извините, ни в бокалы разлить – и скорее свалил. Просила хлеб при нести – тоже пришлось ждать. Пошла сама опять – у него было выражение лица – «не подходи – убъю!», я даже спросила – может что-то случилось? Ответ – не, все нормально. Принесли «хлеб». Опять «тосты», которые называются «тостами» в течение 5сек. после тостера. А после 10мин. превращаются в сухари, которые мы и получили (или остались с завтрака?). За пивом я ходила сама в ресторан. Пришла и вижу, сидит этот официант в кресле у камина, ноги положил на другое кресло и играется со своим мобильником. Я сама попросила пиво у другого официанта и сама принесла к нам за стол. Администартор сделал большие глаза, когда увидел, как я несу напитки сама. Из еды вкусными оказались только салаты. Куры-гриль – дешевая бролерная замороженная курица. Просила с чесночным соусом. Никто даже не вспомнил. Мы поужина и наши грязные тарели стояли на столе около 45 мин. За весь вечер никто ниразу не подошел и ничего не спросил. Впечатление оспортили окончательно.

С номера была видна рядом крыша другого здания, мешала чуть.

вышла из трамвая и заблудилась))) по этому, если едете своим ходом от вокзала едьте на 127 маршрутке)))

Очень довольны отдыхом в этой гостинице, все на высшем уровне. Отдыхали в номере «Люкс» - очень хороший, просторный номер с ощущением домашнего уюта. Очень приятный персонал, а также внутреннее оформление гостиницы. Завтраки были одни и те же, но их вполне хватало… Замечательный бассейн… С удовольствием приедем снова.

Отрицательных моментов нет.

Интерьер гостиницы, интерьер номера, балкон в номере с видом на море, бассейн с шезлонгами.

Автостоянка(машина совсем не охраняется и стоянка расположена на пути следования туристов к морю, на пешеходной дорожке); Неоправданно высокая стоимость проката велосипедов; Однообразный завтрак, каждый день(хотелось бы шведский стол).

Бували тут двічі. Затишно як вдома. Всюди чисто, до чистоти в готелі немає жодних претензій. Персонал привітний, відкритий. Обслуговування в ресторані чудове. Але залежать від людей, які на зміні. Один раз обслуговування було дуже повільним. Сніданок комусь може здатися маленьким, але на сьогодні це практика більшості європейських готелів. Сік, кава, варені яйця, огірок чи шматки салату, масло, булочки. А також мюслі з молоком і йогурт. Далеко від центру (15-20 хв.), але для нас це не було недоліком. Поряд чудовий пляж, вода чиста як для Одеси. До пляжу 5 хв. Відпочити від міста і шуму - можна саме тут. Вуличка біля готелю тиха. Тому з задоволенням можна посидіти на затишному балкончику. Номер компактний і одночасно просторий, чудові великі вікна, чудові кольори інтер'єру. Облаштовано номер в оливкових кольорах. Ванна кімната облаштована душем за скляною стінкою, що теж додає легкості і простору в не дуже великій ванній. В номері є сейф, безкоштовно, легкий в користуванні. Хороша звукоізоляція, за два рази перебування в готелі - ні разу ніхто не заважав. На подвір'ї є басейн. Доступний прокат велосипедів. Недоліки важко знайти, принаймні ми іх не побачили. Якщо потрібно буде безперечно поселемось тут ще! Звідси не хочеться їхати..)

Немає такого.

Очень понравилась работа персонала! Особенно - администраторов-портье и официантов в ресторане. Был получен ответ на любой вопрос. Сауна отличная. Катание на велосипедах вдоль моря - впечатления на год вперед!!!

Уровень оказания услуг спа-салона пока оставляет желать лучшего....

В общем все хорошо по номеру жалоб нет.

Накануне заезда звонила сказали без проблем возможен ранний заезд и завтрак, а по приезду на место, оказался номер вдруг занят и завтрак не включен(( после нескольких минут общения вдруг номер стал свободным и поселили. Кухня отвратительная картошка подается горелой и без какого либо соуса или или салата!! Борщ не вкусный вообще! Одного раза хватило пообедать,что бы понять,что там кушать не хочется! Халатов в номере не было,пришлось просить,убрали только после просьбы. Очень далеко от центра находится.

Дизайн отеля, чистота, просторный номер. Отель новый, уютный.

Расположение в частном секторе, строительные работы на территории. Завтрак континентальный-еда однообразная, мало.
