брала номер з 1 на 2 березня 2025 року у звʼязку з відпочинком у місті сподобалось все, розташування зручне, ціна адекватна номер чистий, нарікань немає при поселенні взяли 500 гривень застави, який при здачі номеру повернули враження якнайкращі, коли повернусь до міста, то буду знову брати цей номер

Однозначно рекомендую! По-перше, тут дуже чисто! В нас була особлива вимога - чистий унітаз та доступність води при блекаутах, оскільки котик ходить в унітаз. Фото ванної кімнати долучаю до відгуку. Чисто навіть за унітазом! Вода тепла та холодна була постійно! По-друге, море в пішій доступності - 24 хв прогулянки з додатковим вантажем в 6+кг і ви вже на пісчаному пляжі "Відрадний". По-третє, дуже приємна господиня: все показала, пояснила, заселила - залог віддали при виселенні (господарі переживали, щоб кіт не наробив шкоди) По-п'яте, кондиціонер! Чудово охолоджує. Про базові речі писати не хотілось, але відмічу: чисті рушники, ковдра та подушки свіжі, матрац непросівший, мило не розбавлене, туалетний папір білий двошаровий. В деяких готелях ці речі перестали бути базовими, однак тут присутнє все це. З мінусів: кімнатки маленькі, але нам це і було потрібно, оскільки з нами котик; необхідно залишати заставні гроші (це трохи бентежить); беруть фото документів (але зараз так скрізь). Готель рекомендую для короткострокового перебування та відпочинку. Для відряджень, мабуть, не рекомендую, бо нема місця для розміщення ноутбуку.

В усьому готелі ідеальна чистота,все блищить.Працівниці прибиральниці чистять і труть-натирають все з ранку до ночі-бджілки-трудівниці.Молодці

Отличная квартира, хороший персонал, никаких проблем не возникло.

Лёг на кровать и сразу отломалась ножка. Судя по всему, её уже чинили. Это единственный минус.

* 5 минут ходьбы от жд вокзала, полчаса пешком до Дерибассовской. * Отдельная комната с душем и туалетом. * Фен.

* Нет стола и стульев в комнате, есть только кровать, один пуфик и холодильник. Кушать на кровати нельзя, по правилам апартаментов. * Постельное бельё и полотенца изношены. * Электрический чайник маленький и один на всех в общем коридоре. Нужно попользоваться и отнести на место. * Плохая звукоизоляция.
