Cottage Park Slavna is located in Akhtyrsky district on the banks of the Vorskla River, 9 km from the railway station. Akhtyrsky district is considered one of the most ecologically clean regions of Ukraine. Due to the constant currents and shallow depth, the water is always clean and warm enough, so this cottage park is an ideal place for both individual and family holidays with children. Cottage Park Slavna is a two-story cottages with wooden terraces. Each of the rooms has an original and stylish design, modern furniture and specially selected interior items. The rooms have everything you need for living and recreation: TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, bathroom with shower and hot water. Throughout the park there is a WiFi zone, which provides access to the worldwide network. The territory is equipped with secure parking. A 5-minute walk from the hotel is the Veterok Restaurant, an on-site cafe and a bar. From the cottage park Slavna to the central bus station 6.5 km.

По своєму цікавий готель. Але на даний час знаходиться в жалюгідному стані. Розумію що ставка робилась на природу прибережної смуги ріки Ворскла. Все решта вторинне. Якість готелю в якому я жив просто жахлива. В кімнатах запустіння. Ремонт давно не роблений. Особливо це відчувається у ванній кімнаті. В душовій із зламаними дверцятами пліснява в усіх кутках і між плиткою. Фарба зверху облупилась. Сантехніка зношена. Ремонт часто робиться за допомогою ізоляційної стрічки. Ліжка в номерах самі дешеві з матрацами дешевого сегменту. Виспатись на ньому проблематично. Після такого матрацу встаєш як побитий. Інтернет, який є необхідністю в сучасному діловому світі, працює нестабільно з великими провалами. Бувають моменти коли Інтернет відсутній годинами. Особливою пікантною «родзинкою» мого перебування в цьому готелі стала відсутність гарячої води в зимовий період. Реально її не було близько трьох тижнів. Температура води була заледве 30 градусів. В літньому душі тепліша! Але зважаючи на відсутність в Охтирці альтернативних варіантів проживання, люди змушені жити в таких скотських умовах! Адміністрація готелю непрофесійна!!! Вирішити проблеми жильців не можуть і не хочуть! Таке враження що їх підбирають лише за наявності зовнішньої вроди, а не ділових якостей! Не рекомендую цей готель для проживання і надіюсь більше не доведеться жити тут. Хоча природа гарна!

Теплої води немає ніколи! Вайфай у номерах не працює! Майте на увазі що з інтернетом у них проблеми як і з теплою водою! Ціни на номери завищені бо усюди плісінь у ваннах дихати не реально. З дітьми сюди не рекомендую якщо їхнє здоровя вам дороге)

При заїзді в номер він був не готовий,був не прибраний після людей які жили до нас.Чекали 1.5 год.допоки номер привели до ладу.Ліжко в номеру старе і незручне.Спиш і боїшся щоб не провалитись.Унітаз чомусь гойдався.

Дуже люблю це мальовниче місце і не перший рік! завжди відмінний сервіс, завдяки чому і обираю(а тепер можу написати «обирала»)для відпочинку цей комплекс . довго описувати всі подробиці не буду, коротко: вас спокійно можуть заселити у брудний, не прибраний за попередніми гостями номер, а при виявленні цього і зверненні до адміністрації почути відповідь, що ми вас заселили на час раніше 😱ніхто цього не просив, а тим паче не бажав спати на брудних простирадлах!!! в дуже вже «заморених» номерах… ви думаєте я почула слова вибачення? ні! прикро? так! «Славна» вже не та, не рекомендую!

Ми святкували 2024 рік та орендували дім на 3 сім'ї. Взагалі місце чудове, гарно та цікаво. Але враження по сервісу незадовільнили. Саме розраховували на нормальні дрова які коштують 150грн, але виявились сирі та різнобій. Щоб розпалити та підсмажити мясо витрачено багато часу, які можна було витрати на інше. По номеру чистенько, але кран шатався , двері в туалет не закривалися взагалі, засобів гігієни не вистачило аж на 3 сім'ї. На нашу думку треба робити реконструкцію...Але ресторан, то щось. Каву та какао замовили і чекали півгодини, какао принесли холодний та порошок навіть на розтанув. А лате принесли холодний і без кави, просто молоко. Та ще хотіли щоб ми заплатили за нього. Враження різні, загалом в хорошій компанії все добре, але ці нюанси не дуже сподобались . Сподіваємось,що керівництво зверне на це увагу, та ми приїдемо ще

База гарна,людей дуже багато,офіціанти посуду не вбирають стоїть по два дні біля котеджей,а в ресторані працюють аферисти,перевіряйте рахунки біля барної стійки ,а то отримаєте горішки до пива за 400 гривень,як я

Виник конфлікт з адміністраторами через альтанку. Ніхто не попередив, що вона оплачується. Ми про це не знали. Ніякої вивіски на самій альтанці, що вона платна не було, ні напису, що вона заброньована. Одразу з наїздами вигнали і просили 800 грн за те, що ми посиділи там 2 години. Сказавши «Незнание закона не освобождает от ответственности». Ми й не проти були заплатити просто таке грубе спілкування і відношення до гостей не є нормою. Погрожували внести нас у чорний список, замість того щоб мирно вирішити питання. Повертатись туди немає бажання. В результаті ми заплатити 400 грн (зробили нам 50% знижки😂)

Відпочивали тут вперше. Дуже сподобалося територія -велика, зелена, охайна. Але стан номеру потребує оновлення : підлога дуже скрипить, ручка у вану відвалюється, вентиляції у душі майже не працює, є запах каналізації. Номер коштує за добу 1600 грн-хотілось бачити більш сучасний ремонт за ці кошти, хоча б не зламане. Вид з номеру дивовижний-це покриває самі недоліки від стану номеру. Ресторан : офіціанти молоді взагалі без досвіду, довго чекали страви. Ціни норм і смачно. Відпочили класно незважаючи на ці недоліки, але вдруге не приїдємо. Треба розвиватись і удосконалювати свій сервіс.

Мне все понравилось, номер 5.9 тёплый ,чистый,вид с номера на 3м этаже необыкновенный, территория просто сказочная все вылизано чисто со вкусом,мне очень понравилось. Кухня мне отличная,цены приятные,голодными не остались. Я приехала отдыхать и я это получила)

Спокойно, чисто, общительный персонал.
Жил на выходных в коттедже номер 5, номер на мансардном этаже. Горячей воды так и не было почти. В первый день с утра звонил администратору к вечеру вода появилась чуть тёплая. Из посуды только стаканы и две чашки под кофе. Ни тарелок ни микроволновой печки. Внутренний телефон не работает связь только мобильная и то если моб. телефон хороший.
