В готелі перебував 2 рази і проживав в різних номерах на 1 та 3 поверсі. Кімнати невеликі, прибрані, ванна кімната має все необхідне. Хто шукає недорогий варіант в 1000 грн (сніданок включено)., то цей варіант повністю підійде. Місцерозташування на початку центральної вулиці, без карти готель відразу знайти непросто. З неприємного - це неймовірний запах цигарок, коли вмикаєш вентиляцію у ванній кімнаті на першому поверсі. З приємного це сніданок, він заслуговує на 5, адже за ту вартість, що вартує номер, ти отримуєш 2 блюда та каву чи чай. Тому працівникам кафе щиро вдячний!

Я звісно поставлю 5, так як в такі важки часи всім трудно виживати але насправді це тверда 3-. Так склалося що потрібно було переночувати і так як альтернативи небуло приіїхали в Палац. Ключ від номера в полумраці видала сонна жінка, номер 19 на 3-му поверсі. Зайшли у номер, у сан вузлі стеля темна на якій було чітко видно що після попередніх постояльців ніхто не мив. Туалетна бумага розмотана(вже почата) але самий треш з водою, вона зовсім не тече! У номері душно, сітки на вікні немає але комарі. Взагалі НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ

Гостиниця гарна. Були в номері 8,все задовольнило,але є одно НО білизна була не свіжа і відчувалося що до нас хтось нею користувався.

Нормальний готель для зупинки на один або кілька днів. Є все необхідне. Сантехніка не нова, але досить чисто. Незручні матраси та подушки. Приємний персонал. Готель знаходиться у самому центрі, поряд магазини, ринок, кілька кафе, міський парк. Були в Охтирці проїздом, нічого не очікували значного від готелю, проте лишилися задоволеними. Пристойний варіант без значних очікувань.
