Усадьба находится в 10 минутах спокойной ходьбы от центра. В помещении чисто, есть общая кухня с холодильником, плитой, электрочайником, микроволновкой, блендером, посудой. Горячая вода есть постоянно, батареи горячие. Хороший wi-fi.
На втором этаже усадьбы очень слабый напор горячей воды, что недостаточно для комфортного принятия душа. Ночью в номере пропадало отопление, приходилось напоминать хозяину, вовремя подбрасывать дрова в котел, т.к. тепла от закладки дров хватает на 4 часа. Плохо стираются полотенца, появляется запах сырости после первого же использования. Подушки старые, со сбитым в комки наполнителем. Не хватало прикроватного освещения.
