Отличный отель, небольшой, уютный, номера красивые, на территории есть небольшой бассейн, окна из номера выходят на внутренний двор и бассейн, очень удобно, если надо присмотреть за детьми. Персонал очень вежливый и приветливый. Спасибо большое за отдых!

У цьому готелі провели лише одну ніч (приїжджали у справах). Готель дійсно на тихій вулиці, де не чутно міської метушні. Номер був чистий, як і вся територія. Персонал привітний, при заселенні усе пояснили (умови готелю, дорогу до моря, найближчі продуктові магазини). У номері є чайник, посуд. Якщо є необхідність щось підігріти, є мікрохвильова піч у кімнаті біля адміністратора. З радістю підігріють. У цьому готелі все робиться для клієнта. Із невеликого мінуса: у номер забули поставити безкоштовну воду. Але при моєму зверненні вибачилися та дали водичку. І ще: номер 2+1, але одноразова зубна щітка була лише одна. Усі ці питання, звісно, вирішуються. Думаю, адміни звернуть свою увагу на це. Персонал дійсно прагне, щоб відпочинок в їхньому готелі був на високому рівні. Дякую готелю за цей маленький приємний відпочинок!

Готель розташований на тихій вулиці далеко від центру і в 20 хвилинах пішки від Аркадії та моря. Мені подобається як готель виглядає зовні і що тут є басейн та зона для відпочинку зі зручним диваном і кріслами. Кімната у нас була дуже простора і скажімо так з цікавими акцентами у вигляді британських прапорів всюди. Працівники готелю дуже привітні та ввічливі, всі в спілкуванні з нами переходили на українську. З мінусів: - ми чекали нашого заселення з 14:00, але наш номер довго прибирали і вчасно нас не поселили; - не відкривалися вікна в кімнаті, довелось спати з включеним кондиціонером і на ранок прокинутися трохи простуженою.

Всем рекомендую! Здесь уютно, чисто, а самое интересное, что в номере светло - много ламп и разных режимов, ты не заходишь во мрак, как в других отелях, всё продумано до мелочей, кухня просто высший класс, есть всё необходимое, сервис на высоте!
