Hotel "Chervona Ruta" is located in the mountain village of Shayan, 100 meters from the source of mineral water. On the territory of the hotel there are stone cottages and cottages made of natural wooden beams covered with reeds. All cottages are family type, where a couple or a family of two adults and two children up to 8 years old can stay. Each cottage has a living room (sofa, coffee table, TV, kitchenette), bedroom (double bed, wardrobe), bathroom (bath / shower, washbasin, toilet). Комфортні умови проживання , прекрасний сервіс , не зважаючи на відсутність світла завжди шукали вихід з ситуації. В шале було дуже тепло що приємно вразило , тихо , ми залишились задоволені.

Понравилось все, всем рекомендую, в домике мегауютно, комфортно, тепло, что не хочется уезжать. Персонал очень внимателен, отзывчив и приятен в общении. На территории комплекса очень красиво. Недалеко от комплекса есть мини супермаркет, всегда можно прикупить что угодно, базарчик с сувенирами, хотите....есть кафе - кондитерская. Всем советую Червону Руту.

Хорошая работа персонала. Понравился также номер, в котором мы жили. Хороший выбор вкусных блюд в ресторане и хорошие завтраки.
При всем разнообразии, в меню ресторана нет пиццы. Собственного бювета на территории также нет.

Гарна територія, загалом видно що комплекс добре продуманий. Сподобалося обслуговування в ресторані, та й страви смачні. Є спа-зона.
По приїзду не можна розраховуватися карткою, лише готівка.

Отель очень красивый, колоритный, ухоженный, чистый. На наш взгляд самый красивый отель в п. Шаян. Внимательный персонал, хорошая уборка, вкусные завтраки, персонал всегда помагал советами. Ресторан отеля тоже понравился, цены доступные, еда вкусная. Удобно что бассейны с подогревом из за чего можно купаться даже в прохладную погоду. Полотенца для бассейна выдаются. Очень удобная, большая, мягкая кровать, что немаловажно на отдыхе. В домике было все необходимое - холодильник, электрочайник, фен, тапочки, халат, посуда. Большая благодарность всем сотрудникам отеля и ресторана!
Из маленьких недочетов -в нашем домике плохо регулировалась вода в душе, во время купания нужно было раз 5 её регулировать т.к. она становилась то сильно горячей, то ледяной. Отвлекала от созерцания красотой природы, постель которую персонал каждый день сушил после стирки возле бассейна где мы отдыхали. Но это уж если сильно "придираться" и чтобы отзыв показывал объективно и плюсы и минусы отеля и был информативным для тех кто собирается ехать в данный отель. Нас бы до поездки такие недостатки не остановили от бронирования отеля. В целом отель очень понравился. Мы не искали недостатков и не заостряли на них внимания, тем более они были незначительными. Мы прекрасно отдохнули и обязательно будем приезжать ещё.
