Homestead "Khutorianka" is located on the outskirts of the village of Tukhlya, 1.5 km from Slavsky. At guests' disposal is a three-storied farmstead on the banks of the Opir River. The choice of living two and three-bed single rooms with private bathroom and TV. Equipped with a spacious two-room suite, which can accommodate 5 people. Wi-Fi access zones are provided on the estate territory. On the ground floor there is a cozy dining room with a mini-bar. It is possible to hold various events for up to 30 people. Upon prior agreement, guests can order food from organic products of local origin or for an additional fee to cook independently in the equipped kitchen. To the services of the resident farmstead "Khutorianka" there is a recreation room with a sauna on the wood and a swimming pool (4m x 2,5m). On the territory there is a parking lot with a comfortable check-in, a gazebo and a brazier. By prior agreement, it is possible to conduct paid excursions to Mount Trostyan, the Whisper waterfall, Truskavets and the thermal waters in Kosino. The farmstead is located 17 km from the turn of the Skole-Slavske highway. The nearest ski lift "Polytechnic" is 1.5 km from the manor.

Гарний номер.Є кухня для приготування їжі,надають посуд в користування. На вулиці є мангал,дрова за окрему плату. Є парковочне місце. Недалеко є магазин в пішій доступності.Привітливий хазяїн. Дуже шикарна природа. Хоча і не дуже повезло нам з погодою, постійно лили дощі
Поруч знаходиться залізна дорога,заважає звук поїздів.Особливо по ночам. Їхати потрібно своїм автомобілем,бо рядом немає ніяких місць,де відпочити,якщо ви не плануєте сидіти постійно в номері. Є автобус,але довго прийдеться чекати.

Неплохая гостиница, очень вежливый и внимательный хозяин! Номера в отеле небольшие, но чистые! Природа поблизости просто шикарная!
Были проблемы с горячей водой,но хозяин быстро устранил проблему

Были на отдыхе в этом замечательном отеле! Море впечатлений, сам отель чистый и уютный, хорошие номера, прекрасная природа поблизости, хорошие дороги по которым можно добраться и на легковой машине!
