Готель не справедливо має тільки 3 зірки. Відпочивши тут,хочеться поставити всі 5. Чисті номери,продумано все до дрібниць-смачні і ситні сніданки,красива доглянута територія та вічливий і турботливий персонал.Хочеться бачити більше такого сервісу в нашій країні.Бажаю готелю процвітання та багато гостей!Завітаємо до вас ще не раз)

Були на минулому тижні. Приємно вражені сервісом. Дуже смачно готують в ресторані. Файна і доглянута територія. Тиша, яка дає виспатися і відпочити. Місце розташування готелю зручне. Взагалі тільки приємні враження від відпочинку. Дякую!!!!

Be careful when selecting your room, in some rooms heating via AC-unit doesn't operate and the central hot-water radiators are also off (on a wet and cold October day). I tried out four rooms before I was fed up and decided to accept a chilly accommodation. Staff was very friendly and helpful. However, a rebate or upgrade for the discomfort was not offered. Otherwise a good hotel.

Для проведення ділових зустрічей і виступів перед публікою ст малою групою прекрасне місце! Не знаю як для номерів але якщо є якісь серйозні справи, консультації і конференції раджу обирати це місце.

Готель чудовий. Не часто, але буває, що зупиняюсь. Після останнього візиту залишились дуже неприємні враження. По телефону хотіла забронювати номер, на що мені сказали, що готель заповнений і вільних номерів немає. Так, як ми все одно проїжджали мимо, то вирішили таки заїхати ( година часу після дзвінка). Мій колега пішов на рецепцію і йому сказали, що вільних номерів немає. Тоді він перепитав: « Що справді немає?». На що йому відповіли, що ні, немає. Є лише номер Люкс. А саме люкс нам і був потрібен. Тобто Люкс це не номер чи як? Бо ж при дзвінку мені його не запропонували. Для мене це було дуже неприємно, бо виходить, що персонал по телефону визначив сам собі, що мені номер Люкс запропонувати не можна. Це як так працюють, не розумію.

Номер був брудний (туалет, душова кабіна, коврик в номері ) і задушливий запах На туалеті була наліпка -що він чистий , але коли підняли кришку - то видно що хтось перед нами їм користувався І в душевій кабіні - нальот плісняви…. Напору також -немає в душі, тому дівчатка , будьте готові, що голову Ви не помиєте А фоє, хол та територія біля готелю дуже гарна 🫶 Ситні сніданки
