Хороший готель, сподобався дуже, зустрічає привітній адміністратор, гарний інтер'єр. Забронювала номер через Букінг, ціна під час заселення була актуальною, нічого додатково не сплачувала. Номер світлий, гарний аромат, чистенько, свіжа білизна. Якщо ще буду в Ужгороді, то обов'язково залишуся у вас❤️❤️

Сучасний готель в центрі з прекрасними зручними ліжками, якісною білизною, кондиціонером, холодильником, чайником, феном. Сніданок ситний по меню з 8 до 11, розраховуйте час, бо готують довго, треба зачекати. У панорамному номері 18 є проблема з кондиціонером - зливається ніби у душову, але накопичується вода і на підлозі у ванній кімнаті постійно стоїть вода, рятувалися рушниками для ніг, але сподіваюся, що полагодять цю недоречність.

Ніколь. Начитавшись відгуків , теж вирішили поселитись. Тож, чи то нам так не повезло , чи то так воно і є. 1. Заброньований був люкс кінг сайз. Поселили нас у 18 номер. Точно не люкс і точно не кінг сайз . Ми уточнювали, щоб номер був з балконом . Приїхавши - сказали нема такого і всі номери зайняті. 2. Наш номер був дуже пошарпаний, все зламано, навіть смітничок. 1 розетка на всю кімнату , окрім 2 біля ліжка. Чайник, по прасувати щоб - треба висовувати холодильник . 3. І номер були панорамні вікна на двох стінах , неймовірний шум , спати було важко . 4. Можна відмітити гарне обслуговування і смачні, дійсно сніданки. Хоча там запара і треба чекати , поки до тебе підійдуть, а потім поки приготують. Відбувши одну ніч, вирішили що з нас досить і поїхали . Можливо, якщо вам попадеться інший номер буде краще , але наш досвід був такий .

Відпочивали у цьому готелі у жовтні 2022 р. Готель сучасний, гарно оформлений. Близьке розташування до центру міста. Адміністратори ввічливі. Але у номері ліжко розбите, скрипуче. Засоби гігієни треба було кожного разу випрошувати.

Зручне розташування. Неймовірно крута рецепція. Працюють дійсно професіонали, які допоможуть закрити всі Ваші питання. Номер чистий, свіжа постіль, в душі є мініатюрні засоби гігієни і за це окрема подяка. Рекомендую від щирого серця. Плюс зранку смачні сніданки 🫶

Розташування, чистота, сервіс. Зупинялась в готелі вдруге, рівень сервісу просто вражає. Розташування готелю дуже зручне, чисті номери з якісною білизною. Але рівень сервісу визначається дрібницями: посмішкою адміністратора, готовністю допомогти та вирішити будь-які питання. В готелі Nicole персонал зустрічає, ніби ти гість найвищого рангу. Дякую вам за теплий прийом, за те, що ви дбаєте про своїх гостей, як про найближчих друзів.

Пожалуй это лучший отель из тех в которых мне пришлось побывать в Украине. Рекомендую.

Не помешал бы маленький встроенный холодильник.

Сподобалось розташування готелю, просторий номер, окремо душ і туалет, на опалення кондиціонер- вистачало, вночі вимикали, було жарко. Горяча вода цілодобово, Сніданки ситні і смачні. Нам сподобалося.

Чудовий, сучасний, затишний готель! Зручне розташування. Дуже чемний персонал. В номері чисто та комфортно, є все необхідне. Рушники та постільна білизна біленькі та чистесенькі. Смачні сніданки з гарним виглядом на місто. Дякуємо!

Ми проживали в номері на 3х. Листопад місяць. В номері є кондиціонер, холодильник, телевізор. Номер просторий. 2хспальне+1носпальне ліжко та крісло, що розкладається. Сніданок включено, все дуже смачно та вдосталь. Ти обираєш собі Кашу+осн.страву+десерт+напій. Все готують тут і відразу, подають "з-під ножа". Обслуговування приємне. Єдиний мінус, в номері великі вікна, ізоляція погана. Чутно дуже добре шум з вулиці, наче вікно відчинено.

- Чисто; - гарне обслуговування (прибирали та міняли рушники постійно, навіть капці, ввічливі офіціанти, а компетенція адміністратора Мар'яни - взагалі топчик🔥); - поживні сніданки, дуже, з варіативністю; - зручне розташування готелю у центрі міста; - окремі ванна кімната та туалет.

- Мале вікно у номері, що виходить у приміщення і час від часу може бути гучно, коли проживаючі летять на сніданки).

Понравилось абсолютно все. Чисто, красиво, аккуратно. Доброжелательный персонал, все вопросы решали быстро и с без напряга, что им должны после этого. Находится в самом центре, все близко, много кафешок и мест, где можно покушать. В день приезда и уезда оставляли сумки в камере хранения.
