Уютно чисто комфортно очень приветливый персонал. Забыла платье в номере ,уехала .,мне позвонила администратор и выслали платье по новой почте. Очень благодарна..Заехали в отель очень уставшие, нас приняли ,накормили , бассейн спа, массаж,еще и шампанское во льду и фрукты в номер- это была вишенка на торте. Восстановились отдохнули,РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!!!!!

З позитивного - номер великий, ідеально чисто, є все необхідне та окремо комплімент від закладу шампанське і фрукти. До нашого приїзду остудили номер бо на дворі жара. Персонал - турботлиіий, відповідає на всі запити, дуже коректні в спілкуванні. Сніданок смачний, ввічливі офіціанти. Але є ВЕЛИЧЕЗНА проблема - ресторан під вікнами з музикою до 12 ночі. Музика на стільки гучна що трясеться стіна. І нетверезі гості до 2 ночі які кричать під вікнами. Спати не можливо... На моє переконання про таке треба попереджати зразу, а не по приїзду. Всі позитивні сторони готелю перекреслює факт того що тут просто неможливо відпочити. Тому рекомендую зупинятись тут якщо ви є учасниками тієї вечірки - з ресторану до номеру дійсно 5 кроків. В іншому випадку буде відчуття що спите в ресторані на столі) Треба відзначити що готель запропонував знижку і безкоштовний масаж як компенсацію незручностей. Ще раз дякую персоналу за турботу. Але вони в цьому випадку безсилі, тому що бізнес модель закладу протерічить стандартам готелів щодо тиші.

Отличная гостиница. Все чисто, уютно, сделано со вкусом. Приятный дизайн, новая мебель, белоснежные пушистые полотенца. Персонал вежливый и дружелюбный. К уборке нареканий не было. Была приятно удивлена бесплатным вай-фаем с хорошей скоростью Аниматоры просто пчелки , танцуют , веселятся, шоу программы отдельный восторг ! Кухня - пальчики оближешь !
