The new modern hotel was built in 2023 in the form of a castle in the neoclassical style, on the territory of which there is a lake and a fountain. The hotel has 39 rooms. Double and separate beds, towels, desk, air conditioner, minibar, safe, TV, Wi-Fi, bathroom with hairdryer and toiletries are available. Приезжал по делам. Отель отличный. Расположение, природа вокруг, номер, кухня, сервис, персонал - все на уровне... Очень уютно! Даже какие-то работы на территории абсолютно не напрягали. Жалею о двух вещах. 1 На одну ночь мало)). Сюда бы ночи на три... и не по делам... 2 Не попал в СПА. Просто не хватило времени... Надеюсь еще получится. Спасибо Персоналу и, конечно, Менеджменту. Надеюсь, до встречи.

Були повечеряти з друзями в ресторані, ознайомитись з номерним фондом готелю. Номера сподобались, є СПА, закритий паркінг і багато зручностів, є де погуляти, територія велика та гарна, однак на території ще проводяться ремонтні роботи, багато пилі, що створює певні незручності, но не зважаючи на це будемо приходити відпочити. Були приємно здивовані сервісом, приємним та чемним персоналом, адміністратор одразу зустрів при вході, а офіціант відразу запропонував напій, допоміг з верхнім одягом і провів до столику. Кухня була смачна, довго очікувати не довелось, коктейлі також були до вподоби, приємні ціни. Будемо ходити та рекомендувати.

Це міг би бути дуже гарний готель, якби власники трохи приділили йому увагу! Розташування не погане - навколо ліс, проте до центра міста 15 хвилин на авто. Але ж таксі не хоче їхати туди! Готель не має власних автівок для гостів, тому виїхати до міста достатньо складно, особливо ввечері вихідного дня! Таксисти просто не беруть замовлення. Заміський готель мав би придбати власні авто для своїх гостей… Далі кухня - не дуже великий вибір страв, враховуючи те, що навколо немає інших закладів… також не працює доставка у цей район і так само не маєте змогу нормально викликати таксі і поїхати до ресторану) самі страви на смак відносно ок, якщо Вас влаштовує отримати замість Моцарели (вказаної в меню) плавлений сирок. Що стосується обслуговування того самого ресторану - політика готелю не дозволяє обслуговувати номери, якщо в ресторані є вільні столи…. Дуже клієнторієнтовано. Тобто якщо Ви гість і Ви хочете повечеряти без зайвих людей - Ви не зможете це зробити, бо готель хоче зробити з Вас масовку для свого ресторану. Не забувайте, що доставка туди не приїде і таксі викликати дуже важко. Тобто вибору у Вас немає. Або спуститися до ресторану або залишитися голодним. Але, хочу відмітити, що персонал готелю дуже доброзичливий і на моє прохання мені в номер все таки замовлення приносили. Відношення персоналу було дуже теплим, завжди доброзичливим. З посмішкою на обличчі. На території та в самому готелі ведуться ремонтні роботи, тому відпочити вдень у Вас не вийде! Це можна було б зрозуміти, якби про це повідомляли при бронювання та робили б знижку на період ремонту. Але ж при бронюванні і навіть при заселенні ніхто жодного слова не сказав про те, що в будні дні весь день буде йти ремонт! Коментувати тут немає чого. Це неповага до гостей які проживають зараз, на благо господарів та тих гостей, що завітають пізніше після ремонту… Дизайн номерів водночас класичний і сучасний. Кольори та матеріли підібрані так що нічого не привертає до себе увагу. Все гармонійно. Вдалим рішенням є те, що вікна в готелі відчиняються, можна дихати лісним повітрям, а не кондиціонером. Тим більше, що повітря там дійсно чисте, сон дуже міцний. Можете чути, як співають пташки, коли не працює бригада будівельників)) Прибирання за проханням, як і оновлення міні бару) Але якщо не звертати на це увагу, та просто попросити дівчат на стійці реєстрації, то все дуже швиденько зроблять) покоївки також дуже ввічливі та усміхнені. Саме прибирання також гарне. В цілому точно є над чим працювати, але це питання саме до власників та менеджерів готелю. Персонал, який обслуговує гостей дуже привітливий і задовольняє всі потреби.

Жадібність. Не дружність до песиків. Коли виявили помилку попереднього адміністратора, то діючий адміністратор проявив ЗВЕРХНІСТЬ. Адміністратор намагається тоном Наказувати, Приказувати. Проведіть виховні роботи з адміністратором, як спілкуватись з гостями Напишіть явно при вході, на сайті, що не дружні до песиків.
