Ужасное место . Номер обошёлся в 2200 грн Холодильник пустой выключен Чая, кофе и вообще не чего не выпить. Ресторана нет Завтрака нет Просто койка за два касаря

Від готелю тільки приємні враження. Розташування: на тихій, зеленій вулиці, в центрі міста, близько до моря. Персонал: доброзичливий. Якщо виникають питання, йдуть назустріч та вирішують швидко. Ранній заїзд. Замість 14.00, нас прийняли о 7.00. В номері затишно та дуже чисто. Прибирання кожного дня Дякую за чудовий відпочинок. Рекомендую цей заклад для проживання в чудовому місті.

Если хотите краткое описание этот отель можно переименовать в «Нельзя» , Почему? В ресторан с собакой ? Нельзя Посидеть возле бассейна вечером ? Нельзя На пляж с собакой ? Нельзя (на всех других пляжах таких запретов нет) Это только краткое описание всего того что нельзя. Руководство отеля вопрос к вам. Почему все нельзя? Люди приезжают на отдых не для того что-бы слушать что им все нельзя. Спа не работает (об это мы узнали только когда заселились) Номера маленькие В стоимость отеля входит трансфер до пляжа , это естественно можно отнести к плюсам , водители приветливые , но к сожалению машину не всегда могут за вами прислать на пляж (так как электрокар на «тех обслуживание») В номере отклеиваются обои Плюс что есть Генератор (соответственно свет был всегда) И подведя итог , приехали бы мы в этот отель еще раз? Нет Посоветовали бы кому-то? Нет

Якщо хочете собі зіпсувати відпочинок, то готель "Отрада" — саме для вас! Почнемо з того, що у них всього 4 паркомісця на 35 номерів, і, звичайно, всі вони завжди зайняті. Пропонують платний паркінг за 300 грн за ніч, і навіть там може не бути місць. Це просто ганьба для готелю, де номер коштує майже 5000 грн на добу. Невже клієнти такого класу приїжджають на плацкарті? Ми забронювали спа-номер на цокольному поверсі, і що ж? Спа не працює! І нас навіть не попередили про це — ні при бронюванні, ні при заселенні. Відповідь персоналу просто обурлива: "Ну, якщо не подобається, можете виселятися." Дуже дякуємо, але це була довгоочікувана відпустка, і серпень — це пік сезону, іншого варіанту не було. Сніданки — окрема історія. Їжа закінчується ще до 9:00, хоча сніданок починається о 8:30. Порожні тарілки і залишки, які, чесно кажучи, зовсім не смачні. Рибні котлети на сніданок — теж таке собі рішення для п'ятизіркового готелю. Під час 5 ночей ніхто жодного разу не прибрав у номері, постіль не змінили. Їхній "румсервіс" — це просто принести воду та туалетний папір. Номер був старий і брудний, особливо в кутах. У душовій пліснява, фен зламаний, USB-зарядка біля ліжка не працює. І, до речі, в номерах немає ані праски, ані мінібару. Цей готель не вартий своїх грошей і точно не відповідає заявленому п'ятизірковому рівню.

Відмінна локація, привітний і ввічливий персонал. Є власний басейн на території готелю, а також електромобіль, що курсує між готелем та пляжем Отрада, що дуже зручно. Працівники рецепції з радістю допомогли нам з усіма нашими питаннями, від зберігання валіз до надання парасольок під час дощу. Сніданки досить різноманітні та смачні. На майбутнє - прохання частіше приділяти увагу прибиранню у кімнатах.

Цей готель отримує 3 бали максимум, як і 3 зірки, але ніякий це не 5ти зірковий готель 😁 Заселили не в 14, а в 16 нібито через перебої зі світлом, але виселятися треба о 12-й. Сніданок (на вигляд — самий примітивний) коштує 500 грн., так званий шведський стіл, який не входить у вартість номеру. Кондиціонер старенький, він починає видавати час від часу дивні звуки вночі, а без нього засинати в таку спеку — важкувато. Двоспальне ліжко розділено посередині, відповідно є відчуття, що це два ліжка разом 😳 Персонал… Неприєма особа, типу офіціантки, яка працює в барі та обслуговує гостей біля басейну. Роздратована, такі особи не мають працювати у 5-ти зіркових отелях, вибачте 🤦🏻‍♀️ Дівчина на рецепшені хоча і відповідала на всі запитання, але трохи нервова також. В цілому, красиво, лакшерувато, як для 5ти зірок, але ніхто і ніяк не пропонує гостям, лише здогадалися провести до басейну поки не змогли здати номер)

Затишний готель в центрі міста, зручне розташування. Номери просторі, чисті, прибирання і заміна рушників кожного дня. Трансфер на пляж. Дуже чудовий басейн і багато шезлонгів в тіні. Ввічливий і уважний персонал. Дякуємо за комфортний відпочинок!

Вітаю, що я вам скажу Панове! Відвідував готель нещодавно, в справах, основна причина вибору - віддаленість від основних вулиць! Тут питань немає🫶☝️ Локація затишна😇 Інтерʼєр гарний, в наявності є басейн☝️ Нагадую, це готель 5 зірок, я мав досвід проживання в готелях 3-5 зірок Одеси (Олександрівський, Wall Street, Фраполлі, Дюк Рібас, Брістоль, Лондон (до війни)), і тут я б особисто дав 3 зірки максимум. Сніданки жахливі, обмежене меню по вибору, сервіс жахливий, все довго, і ніц не спонукає тут снідати і обідати!🤷‍♂️ Не раджу, і сам не піду більше🤷‍♂️ P.S. Згадав, коли хотів глянуть, що там в 5 зірках в міні барі, там був тільки відкритий кефір🤷‍♂️ЗОЖ-welcome 🫡

Вітаю, що я вам скажу Пвнове! Відвідував готель нещодавно, в справах, основна причина вибору - віддаленість від основних вулиць! Тут питань немає🫶☝️ Нагадую, це 5 зірок готель, я мав досвід проживання в готелях 3-5 зірок (Олександрівський, Wall Street, Фраполлі, Дюк Рібас, Брістоль, Лондон (до війни)), і тут я б особисто дав 3 зірки максимум. Це не готель, а жах. Давно пора зняти зайві 2 зірки і знизити ціну в 4 рази! Все старе, праска і кавомашина станом і віком моєї бабусі. Місць біля басейну 20-30 максимум на весь готель. Прибирання не витерли пил, не замінили гелі та інше. Моєму розчаруванню немає меж! ЄДИНЕ що врятувало мене від скандалу - це приємна дівчинка на рецепції. Тільки її сервіс вартує 5 зірок.

Я конечно не Николай Тищенко образца 2017 года из Ревизора, но свое мнение об отеле выскажу. Сначала плюсы: Расположение. Практически идеальное. Море - рядом, транспорт - рядом, магазины - тоже рядом. Номера. Комфортные, чистые, кровати удобные. Персонал рецепции и ресторана. Доброжелательный и распологающий. Теперь минусы: Завтрак. Для отеля такого уровня, как позиционируют, завтрак никакой. Полное отсутствие разнообразия. Меня это удивило. В отелях на окраинах цивилизации, завтрак разнообразнее и сытнее. Персонал обслуживания номеров. На двух гостей, в номере комплект полотенец, халат, шампунь и гель, были в единичном экземпляре. В самом номере очень удивила раковина, которая была в застарелую сетку повреждения. Т.е. ее давно разбили, но поменять видимо "не на часі". Резюмирую. В данном районе рядом находятся два отеля, с похожими названиями, с одинаковым уровнем цен, с одинаковым позиционированием уровня. Но я в дальнейшем отдам предпочтение второму. Потому что там на порядок лучше завтрак, потому что там я не видел поврежденной сантехники, потому что там в номерах есть чайник, чашки и пару пакетов чая, и если рано проснулся, то всегда можно попить горячий чай до завтрака, потому что там есть крытый бассейн.

Чудовий готель, щоб зупинитись сім'єю на відпочинок. На рецепшені вас зустрічає привітливий та ввічливий персонал, та розповідає про всі можливості та послуги готелю. Є чудово облаштоване укриття на нульовому поверсі. Гарні, новітні, та чисті номери, прибирають щодня, приносять нову воду, полотенця та туалетний папір. Пляж власний, на який возять електрокаром для гольфу. При поїздці на пляж на рецепшені видають пляжні полотенця, сумочку, та перепустку за якою ви отримаєте на пляжі шезлонг з матрасом та парасолею на кількість людей вказану в перепустці. Водії на електромобілях дуже ввічливі, та попереджають про якісь можливі неполадки за телефонним номером, що вам дадуть на рецепшені при заселенні. На пляжі персонал вам покаже ваші лежаки, постелять матраси та встановлять парасольки від сонця. Також присутній на пляжі бар, з чудовим барменом, що зробить вам коктейль чи каву, поруч є ресторан, де при замовлені персонал пляжу принесе до ваших лежаків ваше замовлення, або посадять за столик прямо на пляжі. Ідеально все, тільки не вистачає якихось комплексних обідів/сніданків, за зниженою ціною для тих, хто зупинився в готелі, в ресторані готелю. Якщо ж на морі непогода, то є два басейни, один на території готелю, інший біля моря, куди вас знову везуть на електрокарі за перепусткою. Тому відпочинок нам тут дуже сподобався, я однозначно рекомендую всім відвідати цей готель та провести чудовий вікенд на морі.

Отель сподобався: ідеально чистий та зручний номер. Трансфер до пляжу та басейну та електромобілі (це просто супер, хлопці водії дуже милі), басейн на території отелю непоганий. У ресторані не були. З мінусів: за 6 днів прибрали сміття тільки після нагадування; на букінгу було вказано, що в наявності електрочайник, але по факту його, як і чашок не було (у підсумку чайник принесли, але начебто відібрали у персоналу😅) та самий великий мінус відсутність москітної сітки, коли я запитала за неї у персоналу, то вони дуже здивувались. По факту я виїхала с хворим горлом, так як приходилось спати постійно з кондиціонером, тому що вікно не відкрити із-за злих комарів. У ЖК Ясна поляна гарна кав'ярня.

Чудовий готель, смачна кухня, відмінний сервіс. Затишно, чисто, а найголовніше спокійно. Адміністрація закладу робить все для повного релаксу своїх гостей. До моря везуть електрокаром, пляж упорядкований. Для сімейного тихого відпочинку- найкраще місце!!!
