В номері брудно! Знімали 2 одразу- постіль та рушники у плямах в обох! Хтось заходив до номера поки ми були відсутні (як на мене це неприпустимо!деякі готельні речі забирали, але про візит повинні були попередити)! З мінусів - в ресторані персонал зовсім не навчений презентувати кухню!не пропонують! Шановний Власник,навчіть людей працювати!поки ще не пізно...бо все нове,але занехаєне...

В номерах ще не були , але в ресторані постійно вечеряємо . Сама швидка подача їжі яку зустрічали ) 5–15 хв це максимум ) так що хто хоче швидко і смачно поїсти вам сюди . Хотілось би трішки більшого вибору в меню . Не хватає морепродуктів .

Відпочивали тут вперше. Єдиний плюс персонал. Ввічливі і невидимі. Басейн малий, хлорований, лежаків не вистачає. Номери нові деревʼяні. Все скрипить. Смердить пропиткою Тапочки халат відсутні. Ліжка не зручні. Два смажені яйця і три сирники коштують 480гривень. Насправді ціни невиправдано ДОРОГО

Відпочиваємо тут вже не перший раз, враження спочатку були надзвичайні від цього місця, але цього разу відпустка була зіпсована, перш за все це те що у номері не прибирали жодного разу за всі дні що ми там перебували, залишили постільну білизну на комоді ( так розумію що гості мали б самі змінювати білизну ) туалетний папір раз попросили, дали рулончик і все, надалі ми вже купляли собі самі, фен теж мусили просити, рушники не міняли,басейн чистили самі відвідувачі готелю від комах, надали нам сауну що є великим плюсом але чоловік що підготував нам сауну вважав що нам не потрібно джакузі адже нам вистачить і холодної води, тому накрив його та не чистив, змушені були чистити самі, а найбільше мене розлютило те що не було жодної приватності, до нас заходили люди у номер і це вважалось нормою, адже нам зробили і так виключення. У відповідь на моє обурення мені порадили щось випити та заспокоїтись. Розчарувало те що поїсти коли немає світла ви не можете . Складалось таке враження ніби нас поселили безкоштовно і тому таке ставлення. Дуже сумно адже попередні рази все було на висоті.

Новий непоганий готель. Дуже помічний персонал, який готовий допомагати з усим. Є нюанси, що в деяких номерах дуже повільно набирається вода в зливний бачок, або немає посуду в номерах (можна попросити на кухні), або немає рушника для ніг. Але нема біди :) Номери нові. Ліжка комфортні. Кухня добра. Є акційні пропозиції на сайті, в рамках яких є знижки на проживання, включені сніданки та 1 вечеря, і ще сауна. Сауна топ. Норм гаряча. Басейн маленький, але для любителів поплавати і те добре. Вид на гори прекрасний.

Непоганий готель, з приємною ціною (принаймні, у весняній пропозиції). Є деякі недоліки по оснащенню номерів, але вирішуються оперативно. Сауна хороша. Їжа смачна. Чудовий краєвид з вікна.

Чудовий готель з прекрасним розташуванням. Номери чисті, кухня дуже смачна. Лише потрібно щось робити з шумоізоляцією, дуууже чутно будь-який шум.
