Отдыхали в конце декабря 20 года. Цена за сутки - 1450 грн. без завтрака (цены в других отелях в окрестности были ещё более колючими - высокий сезон😏). Бронировали номер в Brooklyn, а поселили в Brooklyn 2 🤷, так что отзыв наверное скорее о последнем. Для нас это минус прежде всего, потому что остановилось с ребенком 2 лет, кафе же в корпусе Brooklyn - а это не очень удобно зимой (нужно одеваться, чтобы перейти покушать). Чайника в номере не было и на просьбу дать его (чтобы запарить кашу/смесь ребенку) отказали - чай только в кафе(. Тапочек, шампуня, геля для душа в номере не было, вода в кране техническая. Но чувствуется, что отель новый, номер чистый и теплый, в ванной пол с подогревом (в номере - нет), всё в хорошем состоянии. Обстановка достаточно лаконичная, но окна почти на всю стену и красивый вид (хоть и проживали на первом этаже) - нам понравилось. + удобно добираться до Буковеля, близко есть магазинчик, есть своя парковка. Цены в кафе нормальные и готовят вкусно и быстро, персонал приятный 👍. В целом неплохо.

Нові чисті номери з панорамними вікнами. Хороший ресторан. Готель сподобався.
Наш номер був на першому поверсі і в ньому відчувалася легка сирість. Рушники і речі не висохали. В опалювальний сезон думаю цієї проблеми не буде.

Единственное что понравилось это кафе на территории отеля. Чисто, вкусно, опрятно. Хороший сервис и обслуживание.
Что касается отеля, сплошной минус. Заселились, в душе не убрано, старые открытые мыла и крема. Добиться чтобы убрали номер невозможно, а когда всё-таки придет уборщица, то будьте готовы к недовольным высказываниям в ваш адрес. Шумоизоляции вообще нет. Помещение в котором слышно абсолютно все.

Номер світлий, просторий.Чисто. Дозволили скористатись номером для переодягання, після виїзду.
Спочатку пропонували номери, які не відповідали замовленому. В номері жарко, температура не регулюється.Біля отелю грязно, все болото несеться в отель.

Очень довольна интерьером, комфортом, видом из номера! Все очень красиво и приятно! Очень довольна рестораном и, особенно, кухней! Ребята, спасибо вам большое за ваш вкусный и индивидуальный труд! Персонал всегда придет на помощь, за что очень благодарна! Отдых был волшебный!
Как девушке, не хватало еще одного зеркала при входе. :-) А так все замечательно было!
