Private estate "Gutsuliana" is located in a picturesque corner of the Carpathians, near the ski resort Bukovel. The homestead has eight comfortable rooms with all amenities. On the ground floor of the cottage there is a dining room with TV and a terrace. Meals are provided, consisting of homemade dishes of Ukrainian and Hutsul cuisine. Guests are offered a wide range of activities for outdoor activities: skiing, snowmobiling, quad biking, excursions, hiking, horseback riding, picking mushrooms and berries. В січні 2025 року десять днів відпочивали в садибі Гуцуляна. Нам сподобалось все, а саме садиба знаходиться в тихому місці посеред гір, неймовірна природа, атмосфера спокою, доброзичливі, привітні господарі. В садибі є кіт Лео який закохає вас в своє муркотіння. А яка там гірська річка тече, прямо біля садиби, як вона журчить і заспокоює. Велика подяка господарям! Ми зарядилися енергією, оздоровилися і відновили нервову систему, що в наш час дуже складно зробити. В садибі є своя дуже смачна кухня. Шикарні карпатські чани. В це місце куди хочеться повертатися. Дякуємо за чудовий відпочинок!

Відпочивали з сімʼєю та друзями,розташування досить зручне,територія чудова все є для комфорту,теплий басік,чан ,є гойдалка,зроблені красиві місця для відпочинку.Кухня красиво зроблена,посуд якісний ,новий та гарний.Чисто ,нова постільна білизна .Насправді плюсів і комфорту багато,ми жили на 4 поверсі ,але ніч провели на 2 з мінусу який був для нашої найменшої дитини ,вона чуть боялася це потолок рипів(дерево) від того що ходили зверху мешканці.

Тут дуууже гарно. Відпочивав зі сім'єю та родичами, всім дуже сподобалося. Їжа тут дуже смачна, ситна та гарна, поринаєшся у світ західноукраїнської кухні. Персонал дуже привітний, номери чисті, можна тихо та спокійно провести свій відпочинок. Місцерозташування також приємне, всього 10км до Буковелі, тому всі були задоволені. За кота Лео можу поставити окремо ще 5 зірок :3

Чудове місце. Випадково завітали в чани після сходження на Говерлу. Сподобалось все - сервіс, ціни, територія, привітний персонал, чай та мед які входили в вартість, дійсно чиста вода в чані (не виникає питань, а чи не був хтось в ньому до тебе), гарно оформлена камінням квітка в чані для зручності перебування, наявність окремого басейну з холодною водою. Окрема подяка за знижку, яку нам зробили, так як хтось не встиг повернутись з гори на свій заброньований час, а ми заздалегідь не замовили чан, але зорі зійшлись і всі залишились задоволені. Дуже рекомендую.
