Котедж знаходиться близько до ж/д вокзалу та місць де можно поїсти. Раннє заселення. Низька ціна. Не було дзеркала, фену, телевізора (хоча він зазначений),праска зломана.
Багато пилу та павутиння. На кухні все жирне. В шкафчиках була гнила картопля, яка воняла на всю кухню. Прийшлося мити підлогу самій. Здалося що постільна білизна була не стирана. Ми прожили три дні і висилились через ще три дні подруга повернулась в цей же номер і побачили що постіль була застелена так же, як вона її лишала по виселенню. Власники старенькі люди, але ж можна когось попросити помити підлогу і замінити постіль… дуже не приємно
