Modern apartments "5 Kaminiv" are located in the village of Yasinya, a 15-minute drive from the Bukovel ski resort. All apartments offer free Wi-Fi and panoramic mountain views. Amenities also include a living room with an open fireplace and a bathroom with a hairdryer, toiletries and underfloor heating. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, electric stove, microwave and kitchen utensils. You can use barbecue facilities in the garden. An indoor heated swimming pool (size 10 * 5.3 m) is at guests' disposal, and in the summer there is an open summer terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas (services are paid). Відпочивала в готелі тиждень із дітьми. Зазначу, що це не був мій перший відпочинок у Карпатах/Закарпатті, тому є з чим порівнювати. Напишу плюси і минуси (на мою думку). Плюси: Чистота: ідеально чисто, як в номері, так і на всій території готелю. Дякую покоївці Ользі та її помічницям. Маленька кількість номерів, відповідно і людей, що дає змогу нормально поплавати в басейні, погуляти по території, почувати себе комфортно. Наявність дитячих майданчиків, дитячої кімнати (дуже маленька). Дуже зручні матраси на кроватях. Є, де погуляти біля апартаментів: піднятися у гори, у пішому доступі магазини. Недалеко знаходяться центр Ясіні, де є аптеки, парк, магазини - все необхідне. Мінуси: 1. Розташування готелю відносно річки і гір не відповідає фото, які представлені. Річка поряд, але її не чутно, чутно шум машин, коли знаходишся на терасі (в номері не чутно). Слід зазначити, що річка неприємно пахне. Гуляючи вздовж берега, помітила трубу, з якої у річку зливалася вонюча вода. Висновки робіть самі🤷‍♀️ Вигляд із номера- невеличка скошена ділянка, за якою знаходиться дорога. Ввечері пряно-травʼяний аромат повітря змінюється на аромати навозу. Село, що ж поробиш👩🏼‍🌾 2. Ціни у готелі на проживання і у ресторані на їжу не відповідають ціна-якість. Хоча, замовляти їжу не обов’язково. У номері є все необхідне для її приготування. Їжа у ресторані звичайна: не смачніше, не гірше, ніж будь-де. 3. Немає бажання повернутись сюди ще раз. В готелі не зачепило нічого: ні розташування, ні краєвиди, ні їжа- нічого. 4. Басейн невеликий, але поплавати можна. 5. Перевіряйте уважно чеки. Наприклад, 10% беруть за обслуговування плюс іще 200 грн за те, що їжу принесуть до тераси. Це, звичайно, нонсенс , про який ніхто не попереджає, просто у чеку є такий пункт. Після зауваження ці 200 грн перестали зʼявлятися у чеку. За дрова 250 грн, розпалити ватру 50 грн. 6. Готелю не вистачає співробітників, адміністратор виконує роль баристи і офіціанта, з чим не справляється на достойному рівні. Готелю бажаю процвітання, поваги до відпочиваючих та адекватного реагування на критику.

Відпочивали влітку 2023 року. Дуже задоволені, все чудово! Територія, апартаменти, місцевість, персонал - все і всі на рівні. Ще раз із задиволенням відвідаемо. До речі, саме місце розташування дуже зручне, в досяжності Драгобрат, Буковель, Яремче, Ворохта.

Хто втомився від скаженого ритму міста-вам сюди в 5-Камінів! Велика ,гарна ,доглянута територія з усіма зручностями. Є стоянка, альтанки для відпочинку, мангали, дитячий майданчик. Номер великий,дуже затишний. В кожному номері - власний душ, туалет,камін,кухня оснащена всім необхідним для приготування їжі самостійно. Захоплює тещо в будинку продумано все до найменших дрібниць для зручності відпочиваючих! Чистота скрізь. На території є басейн ,спа комплекс.Величезна подяка персоналу за чудовий відпочинок!

Прекрасний готель! Шукали для відпочинку з дитиною. І там є все: автопарк дитячий (правда не всі машинки справні), 2 охайні майданчики, батут, басейн теплий! Поруч є струмочок з живописним краєвидом. Дві барбекю зони. В кожному номері окремий вихід і терасса. Все чисто і охайно, прибирають щодня (не в усіх готелях преміум класу таке прибирання). Дуже рекомендую і обовʼязково приїдемо ще!!!

Апартаменти знаходяться в дуже мальовничому місці. Зелена, доглянута територія. Є два дитячих майданчики, ігрова кімната, басейн з гіркою. Тобто з дітьми зручна локація для відпочинку Номери обладнані усім необхідним: посуд, кавоварка, посудомийна машинка з таблетками до неї . Прибирання і заміна рушників щоденно. Дівчата прибирають дуже охайно. В самих апартаментах все для відпочинку продумано Тепер те, що не сподобалося 1. До номерів лише одне зауваження-звукоізоляція. У мене вийшло відносно нормально поспати лише 1 ніч з ліками). Решту - заважав звук пральних машинок через стінку, плач дітей в сусідньому номері(апартаменти позиціонуються для сімейного відпочинку, діти плачуть - це норм, але не норм, коли чути так, ніби плачуть у тебе в номері) і якийсь не зрозумілий гул на території 2. Ресторан. Ціни меню не завжди відповідають цінам в чеку Обовʼязкові 10% за обслуговування, давно такого не зустрічала, хоча дуже часто їм не вдома і в різних містах України. Я чай лишаю завжди 10-20%, але на свій розсуд. Обовʼязковий чай в чеку - ну, таке, мені ідея не зайшла Якось замовляли дітям суп з локшиною, малі захотіли, бо в описі і на фото було яйце🙃. Так от в реальності того яйця не виявилося😶‍🌫️ В підсумку планували їсти на місці, а в результаті готували самі або їли в інших місцях 3. І головне - бронювання Я бронювала через букінг на 14-18, зі знижкою вийшло 4000 грн доба. Зняли з картки передплату 8000грн для підтвердження броні. Потім через повідомлення в букінгу спитала чи можна добронювати ще дні з 12. У відповідь пройшло списання з картки ще 4000грн як 50% цих двох екстра днів. При тому в букінгу так і лишилися дати 14-18 Ок Тоді на місці, коли хотіли виселитися 17го, виявилося, що не все так просто Домовилися, що скасуємо бронь в букінгу і перебронюємось заново на нові дати От тільки переброньовуватися нам запропонували по 4800грн, бо не через букінг) При тому що перед цим спокійно «не через букінг» нам доброньовували 12,13 число по «цінам букінга» -4000грн В результаті ми доплатили решту бронювання до 18го як і було заброньовано через букінг, по цінам букінгу, при скасованому на букінгу бронюванні🤡 Підсумок Задумка супер, апартаменти і територія реально класні Але ось ці нюанси роблять відпочинок як в анекдоті «ложечки знайшлися, а осадочок лишився»🤷🏻‍♀️
