Чисто, тепло, привітний персонал, гарний вид з вікна на площу. В номері чайник, дві пляшки води, стіки кави, пакетики чаю, цукор.

Застарілий ремонт санвузла, старе рипляче крісло. Високий рівень шуму з вулиці. Номер розташований на 8 поверсі і було досить гучно від машин, які їдуть по проспекту. І ще дивно виглядає на робочому столі телевізор. Або повішайте його на стінку, або приберіть.

В номерах кожного дня прибирають, носять воду, каву і чай в стіках. В номері є електрочайник

Для Запорожья отель превосходный. Расположен в центре. Номера просторные. Ремонт в норме. Чистое белье и полотенца. Сантехника работает. Завтрак вполне себе ничего. Во дворе стоянка. Это большой плюс. Персонал хороший, старается.

Выход на балкон был закрыт. Как по мне, то нужно делать обновление всего отеля.

Проживала в этом отеле уже несколько раз. Комфортный, и в этом городе, он, мне самый удобный. Последний раз жила на 7 этаже. Вид с окна был великолепным. Персонал как обычно на высоком уровне. Ведет себя вежливо. Номер комфортный. На кровати спится хорошо, она удобная, есть полотенца. Постельное чистое. Ничего не сломано и не подтекает. Цены нормальные. Заказывала еду в номер.

В ванной настойчивый запах канализации.

Расположен удобно, очень красивый , пользовались конференц залом

В конференц зале не дали время собрать оборудование. Нужно бронировать на подготовку и выход с мероприятия

Однозначно найзручніше місцезнаходження, будь-який транспорт, аптеки, магазини поруч. Колись була давно в готелі по роботі було дуже людно, якийсь форум чи щось проводили. Цього разу було тихо та спокійно, на сніданку людей було небагато, все свіже та вдосталь. Ціна середня по місту, не найдешевший варіант, але надаю первагу перевіреним місцям, тому приїду ще сюди. Якщо ви берете з собою дитину, то вигідно, тому що дітям все задаром, навіть сніданок. Короче сім'єю вигідно обирати, хоча місця в стандартному номері не дуже багато для додаткової кроваті, залишається лише вузький прохід між кроваттю та стіною. Тому рекомендую брати напівлюкс або люкс, якщо фінанси дозволяють, на рецепції сказали, що там місця повно, а в люксах взагалі додаткові дивани. Рекомендую поїхати в музей на Хортиці, де козацька Чайка знаходиться, яку витягли з Дніпра. Ну і на Січ з неймовірною панорамою на Дніпрогес та порогі.

Інколи вибивав вайфай в номері. Але в цілому проблем не було. Дуже жарко в самому місті, хоча лише початок літа.

сотрудники рецепшен вежливы и доброжелательны.. территория рецепшн и лобби-бара красивая, хорошо оформлены. Хороший персонал в японском ресторане и блюда вкусные. И обстановка в ресторане уютная.

по лобби бару гуляет сквознячок, достаточно прохладно. На завтрак шведский стол поражает своим минимализмом. Добавить хотя бы творог и пару горячих блюд можно было без особых затрат. Возможно, это связано с низкой сезонной загрузкой отеля.

Хороший отель за нормальную цену и в центре города. Очень большой, много этажей, но селят повыше. Красивый холл и бар внизу. Проводил там деловую встречу, было удобно, что не пришлось куда-то ехать, вайфай работал хорошо, мне это было важно. Жил в стандартном номере. Вид на город мрачноватый, любителям урбанистики понравится. Завтрак средний, но без претензий. Особенно порадовала цена, для такого места очень даже выгодно. При поселении мне улыбались и это тоже в плюсы. Рекомендую.

Утром холодную воду надо предварительно минут 10 спустить, хотя у меня дома та же история, поэтому не привыкать.
