Квартира не разочаровала (соответствовала фото размещенному на сайте). Место замечательное! И, несмотря на центр - тихое! Дом прикольный (никогда в таком не были раньше)! Есть необходимый минимум посуды. Цена разумная.Бронирование очень четкое и быстрое. Поселение также. Персонал отнёсся с пониманием к необходимости более раннего выезда, чем было оговорено изначально. Большое спасибо!

Отсутствие второго комплекта полотенец (хотя заявлено было проживание двух человек).

Очень удобное расположение. Хорошая светлая квартира со всем необходимым.

Позиционируют эту квартиру как 2х комнатную 2х уровневую, и мне нужна была именно 2х комнатная, чтобы в тишине уложить спать маленького ребёнка. На самом деле это однокомнатная квартира с высокими потолками, в которой сделали перегородку высотой метра два и остальное пространство до потолка открытое. Получилась такая спаленка абсолютно не имеющая звукоизоляции.

Очень хорошая квартира, соотношение цена-качество почти. Хороший интерьер, джакузи и место расположения-большой плюс

очень грязный ковер, спрятанный в шкафу (хотела постелить т.к. не люблю холодный пол); вьевшийся старый сигаретный запах, немного недоухоженная квартира- если бы приделить ей часик и 50 гривен на шурупы к дверям и шкафчикам было бы намного ярче.

Персонал приветливый, номера чистые. Возникающие проблемы решают быстро. При обнаружении поломки дивана и невозможности его починить, предоставили другую квартиру и компенсировали разницу в стоимости.

В апартаментах оказался сломан диван, в дневное время был вызван мастер, который устранить поломку не смог, были предоставлены другие апартаменты. В ванной отсутствует шторка от брызг, что создает неудобства в виде мокрого пола.
