Our stay at Smart House Apartments was excellent! From the very beginning, everything was well-organized, and the check-in process was smooth. The apartment was modern, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We received fresh towels, and cleaning was offered during our stay, which was a nice touch. Communication with Natalia was outstanding, she was incredibly helpful and always responded quickly to any questions we had. The location was convenient, and the parking was great. Most importantly, the entire property felt very safe, which added to our overall comfort. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone 😊

Надзвичайно сильно сподобався новий підхід - жодних ключів, з вами звязуються за декілька днів до заїзду та надсилають код доступу від електронного замку, таким чином ми собі без проблем заселились о 3:50 з поїзду. Важливо, я шукала саме квартиру, а не готель, навряче хтось з господарів квартир міг би передати мені ключі в 4 ранку, я однозначно буду повертатись сюди постійно. Ресторан працює цілодобово, хоч і не користувалась, але бачила інших гостей за столиками, коли заселялась. В самому апартаменті тепло, є абсолютно все, що може знадобитись при проживанні на декілька днів Окремо хочу відзначити сервіс - менеджер Наталя була дуже ввічлива, прекрасно консультувала мене з приводу всіх питань, надавала розгорнуті відповіді і порадила багато цікавих та потрібних для мене локацій у Львові. Було дуже приємно мати справу - вона тільки підсилила позитивні враження від і так, дуже гарного комплексу. Рекомендую вас всім своїм друзям і сама обовязково буду повертатись до вас

дуже гарний номер. сподобалося все, зручне розміщення готелю, на першому поверсі є ресторан, недалеко кавʼярня, атб, трамвайні колії, тихий район, все близько. в номері ідеально чисто прибрано, попіклувалися до дрібничок, залишили на столику навіть чай, каву та цукор. нам все сподобалося, в наступний раз будемо залишатися тут)

Дуже гарний готель! Нам з чоловіком сподобався! Затишний номер, після довгої прогулянки дуже приємно повертатися до такої чудової маленької квартири. Є гаряча вода, зручне та м'яке ліжко, є маленька кухня, якщо хочеться домашньої страви, то можна приготувати, для зберігання продуктів є маленький холодильник, а ще є необхідний посуд. Відпочинок пройшов на ура! Дякуємо, працівникам готелю, завжди були на зв'язку! Якщо будемо знову у Львові, то обов'язково оберемо готель Smart house apartment! 🫶 Всім миру та перемоги 💙💛

Неймовірні апартаменти, які перевершили всі наші очікування! Вони дуже затишні, чисті та стильні. Тут є все необхідне для комфортного відпочинку: зручні меблі, сучасна техніка, і навіть дрібні приємні деталі, які додають домашнього затишку. Розташування ідеальне — поруч багато магазинів, кафе.. Власник дуже гостинний і завжди готовий допомогти з будь-якими питаннями. Ми чудово провели час і обов’язково повернемося сюди знову. Рекомендуємо ці апартаменти всім, хто хоче отримати максимум комфорту та задоволення від перебування!

В апарт-готелі мені сподобалося ВСЕ.Після довгої і нелегкої поїздки поїздом то був просто релакс...Від залізн вокзалу ми йшли пішки , до готелю близько.Комфортом дуже задоволені! Дякую! Усім рекомендую!

Все нове, чисте, якісне. Ліжко зручне. Шуму з вулиці майже не чути.
На момент перебування не було підключення вай фай (телевізор не підкл). Коврики у ванній то не дуже гігієнічно, хоча гарно. Краще окремі рушники.
