Добрий день! Що я можу сказати про готель. Приємно вражений. Знаходився разом з товаришем з робочим візитом 15-16 серпня. Мабуть у них щось змінилося з кухарем. Бо був в минулому році і був в березні цього року, кажу правду, ну так собі десь на 3 було. А вчора нас так СМАЧНО нагодували, що я про їжу навіть думати не міг. А свіженьке яке...... І вважаю, що це домашня кухня, бо значно відрізняється від тієї, що була раніше. Хоча меню те ж саме. Щодо номеру в готелі теж у мене не має претензій. Чисто, хоча і скромно, а головне з кондиціонером. Успіхів вам! А керівництву готелю - не втратьте кухаря! Бо він зараз на вагу золота!

Якщо шукаєте номер з джакузі то тут не раджу, поруч готель Амбасадор, там в рази краще і на декілька гривень дешевше. Тут телевізор дуже старий, якість погана, музичних каналів не має, джакузі без підсвітки. В день коли виїжав на місці де лежали фрукти та де стояли напої купа мурах. Короче взагалі не конкуренція Амбосадору, варто було спробувати, щоб більше не заїхати👌

Просто шок, води не було, все в плямах, страшне, не розумію за що заплатили гроші, такого ще не бачила, абсолютна жесть!!! Більше туди ні ногою!

Номер брудний, під ковриком багато сміття, ліжко в пилюці. Тумбочки в пилюці.Підлога брудна Після виселення звинуватили. Що в холодильнику був міні бар, що ми його забрали і нерозрахуівлись Но насправді коли ми заселялися в холодильнику нічого небуло. Немає халатів і одноразових тапочок. Як для люкса то зовсім невідповідає

Просторий, світлий номер, зручне ліжко.

Зношена душова кабіна, дуууже довго чекати гарячу воду, генератор зненацька заглох(чи вимкнули),шумоізоляція нуль і в коридор і в сусідній номер.

Брал полу люкс, номер грязный, холодо, сервис никакой. За напитки в холодильнике оказывается нужно платить. Просто дич какаета. Затапки одноразовые тоже оказывается нужно платить в двойне от их стоимости. Не рекаминдую

Найгірший готель у Києві. Стандартний номер вартістю 1190 гривень більше схожий на гуртожиток. Постільна білизна брудна, на стінах немає чистого місця - все у плямах, у ванній - пліснява розміром під 5 см, яку очевидно не мили з часу відкриття. Лише після оплати номеру повідомили, що телевізор не працює, із 9 ламп в номері працювало лише 3. Номер на 1 поверсі в кінці коридору, але звукоізоляція така, що чутно було всі деталі заселення інших гостей. Просто жах, не розумію як готель, що має досить вигідне місцеположення (що, схоже, і приваблює більшість гостей) може існувати з такими умовами.

Якнайперше сподобався факт того, що тут можна обрати хороший номер (полулюксі з 3 спальними місцями) за нормальні гроші(1500 грн ніч) за 2 тижні до нового року. Хороший сервіс, попросив солі і одразу принесли в номер. Зручні і м'які ліжка Бачив наявність послуг прання і прасування, хоча і не користувався, наче ціни людські Є ресторан, але також не відвідував Чиста душова і на туалеті помічене, що продезінфіковано Наявність рушників і шампунів, за набір для чистки зубів треба трохи доплатити, як і за халати. Дуже тепле приміщення Наявність спільного балкону для куріння Зручний доступ в номер за картою Досить місткий холодильник Наявний телевізор з отвором для hdmi

10 хвилин їхати на маршрутці від метро Нивки, пішки десь від 30 до 40 хвилин, не дуже зручно. Балкон для куріння не критий, тому взимку холодно. Трохи брудні стіни

Номера комфортные. Чисто и уютно. Персонал понравился. Нормальные ребята. Есть своя парковка. В ресторане кормят неплохо. Есть из чего выбрать. Внимательный администратор всегда подсказывала и помогала.

При бронировании завтрак был включен. После заезда узнаем, что завтрак в бронирование не входит. Странно, однако.

Хороший администратор. Поселили нас даже раньше, времени нашего заезда. Не пришлось ждать. Во время проживания всегда интересовались как проживание, не нужно чего либо. Было чисто. Жилось здесь хорошо. Устроило расположение отеля. Цена тоже нормальная.

Не было одноразовых тапочек в номере.

Приезжали в Киев на евровиденье. Персонал приветливый. Тепло ,чисто,удобно. Никакого дискомфорта. Кормят вкусно. Вся семья осталась довольна.Спасибо!

Жили 2-е суток не убирали в номере, персонал не интересуется гостями, пароль для вай,фай нужно узнавать на ресепшене

Кровать удобная, наличие холодильника приятно порадовало, номер просторный, в самой спальне чисто и хорошо

В ванной комнате затхлый запах сырости и легко наткнуться на грибок. В отеле проводили ремонтные работы и это раздражает, так как стены тонкие.

Гостиница уютная, комфортная и недорогая. Хоть и располагается далеко от центра, добираться просто и относительно быстро.

Отсутствие посуды в номере, кроме двух кофейных чашек.

Уютный номер, хороший сервис (разбудили утром как я и просил с вечера), не дорогой мини бар.

Не было насадки на верхнем душе (торчала голая труба).
