The recreation center "Gemini" is located on the Budak spit, 100 meters from the sea. In the two-storey and three-story buildings of the complex there are rooms of the class "Comfort", "Comfort +" and "Economy". The three-story building is located slightly closer to the sea. Comfort and Comfort rooms are equipped with quality wooden beds with orthopedic mattresses and tiled floors. Each room has a refrigerator, a wardrobe. The water is heated by boilers and using solar water heaters. Resting recreation centers "Gemini" can cook food in the equipped kitchen (gas cookers, refrigerator, sinks, necessary furniture and utensils). Near the complex there are cafes and food shops. Заехал на четыре дня, а остался на восемь)) Месторасположение просто супер, море/лиман меньше минуты. Номера разные, цена отличная(плавает). Жил в двух корпусах, практически одно и тоже. Есть пивнушки и мини магазин(23:00 закрыто всё, даже за мостом) Через мостик ездит электроПаровоз, а через лиман "речной трамвай". Нашел всего два минуса: 1 не хватает персонала 2 пора ехать домой((( А ещё одно, кто боится пауков не советую ехать сюда без веника, лазят по стенам, но это не проблема базы отдыха, а всего лишь природа. Вид с двух корпусов выше первого этажа просто сказка, фото добавил. Хозяин "Петрович" мужик отличный. Кто на авто - есть куча места для машин. Место тихое вечером и ночью, днём чуток веселей. Короче, за такие деньги просто супер!

Отель с видом на море,круто слушать шум моря ночью.Из минусов отель не ухожен.Сделан неплохой ремонт ,но наверное не поддерживают чистоту.Не шик,но пойдет.

Близко к морю. Рыбалка на бычка.
Шум(проход через мостик к морю), кухня далеко и очень грязная, посуды не хватает. Номер требует косметического ремонта. Вода гарячая с перебоями. Проезд к отелю только с 7,00-9,00 и 19,00-21,00. приехали в 11,00 и ждали до 19,00 что бы заехать к Близницам

Все отлично
перекрытие моста к базе с 8.00 до 19.00 - вынуждены были оставлять машину на стоянке и с вещами , своим ходом, добираться к отелю

Прекрасный вид из окна на лиман, а с балкона - на море! ((№3, двухместный). Владелец очень доброжелательный. Встретил и отвез до маршрутки на машине.
Очень громкая музыка из поселкового бара напротив с часу ночи до четырех утра. Слабо работает W iFi.

Ну начну с того, что за такую цену,а мы платили 600 грн в сутки за трехместный комфорт, это хорошо...большая кровать, и еще одна односпальная, балкон с видом на море,душ,холодильник,кондиционер,шкаф...все,что нужно есть)) к воде метров 50....в номере чисто,есть столик и два стула...
Минусы к сожалению есть,но в следующий раз я их буду знать,и решу сама))))) в номере нет ни тряпочки возле душевой... ни швабры... те,кто едет...берите с собой),если на машине конечно... Чайник тоже,у нас был,а то кухня в соседнем здании...
