The private estate "Yabluneva Sadyba" is located 30 km from Vinnytsia. Guests have everything they need: comfortable beds, high-quality bedding and furniture. The retro-style living room fills the house with a special atmosphere: a fireplace, a vinyl player, stylish furniture and access to a spacious terrace with an incredible view. On the terrace you can organize an al fresco dinner for a large company. On the second floor there is a game area with billiards and an additional bedroom for four guests. Air conditioning is installed for comfort. In the basement there is a cozy bath with a broom and bath accessories for complete relaxation. The kitchen has a gas stove, electric kettle, toaster, dishes and all the necessary little things for cooking. For coffee lovers there is a capsule coffee machine, drip and Turkish coffee maker. The bathroom has toiletries, towels, bathrobes, slippers and a hairdryer. On the territory of the estate there is an orchard, a hammock, a rocking chair, a gazebo for 10–12 people, a barbecue area, a vat and a swimming pool with sun loungers. Near the house there is a barbecue oven, as well as a skewer, grill, firewood and a gas burner - everything is included in the price of accommodation. For uninterrupted rest, the house is equipped with an inverter and backup power. There is Wi-Fi and parking for two cars. Pets are allowed upon agreement. The distance from the private estate "Yabluneva Sadyba" to the city center is 13 km, to the bus station is 32.7 km, to the railway station is 35 km.
